New antiterrorism bill will allow laws to be passed without HP being involved, simply by declaring 'state of emergency'.

The new anti terrorism bill could change Britain into a real totalitarian state rather than the autocracy with a verneer of democracy we have how.

No more pesky votes in the Commons or Lords, just declare a state of emergency and hey, instant laws.
