Gobalisation is Behind Software Patents

26.10.2003 02:47

Read my Article "Globalisation is the Perverse Manipulation of The Mind" and you will understand why Big Corporates and Conformist Governments dictate the Patent Laws. I have an innovative answer to dynamic, intuitive HR software that cannot be Patented because the Accountants are leading the world astray. The answer, use your creative intelligence to overcome the stupid, narrowminded, ignorance. Read some extracts from my case study..........

This case study introduces one such model aptly named the Dynamic Industry Specialisation Collaboration Outsourcing (DISCO) model. An association with the dance resurgence in the “dare to be different 80’s” is not inconsequential. The complexity of the solution demands an extended acronym to describe the nature of what will drive competitive advantage in the future. The simplistic association with a dance craze freely adopted by the majority is recognition of the need to influence the creative side of the market in a way that will help them to positively embrace change. The DISCO Revival is underway. The transition from a reactive to proactive mindset can only occur in an environment that addresses each individual’s specific human needs. Employees who are motivated in their work will deliver superior performance and customer service. Employees who are passionate about their work will use their creative side to innovate. The intuitive interfaces supporting the solution will ensure the user experience will be positive and rewarding to encourage input and interaction.

The very nature of this business model will provide an indication as to why the concepts underlying its integrity cannot be protected by patent. The patent system has been designed in support of standardisation and control. Some very innovative concepts underlying the integrity of the model are not disclosed in this study pending an assurance that they can. Leveraging publicity to appeal to the creative and countries wanting to retain an independent spirit will rapidly create the required awareness to protect the intent of the model and draw attention to organisations who seek to copy the model. The purity of the models intent will protect the investment in research and development. Trademarks have been registered over DISCO and Coophrate.com.
