Not quite down

Maybe they simply exceeded their agreed bandwith, or maybe they've been shut down by the govt for saying boo to a bush. AYN are also down at present, as they're hosted by the same ISP:

I expect they'll say what happened soon enough, when the site comes back up.

Mabonline Shut Down by US Host
15.11.2003 21:34
"In an extraordinary move, the US-based hosts of Muslim Associations of Britain's website, mabonline.net, shut down the site on Sunday causing thousands to be denied access to MAB's online services and information." http://www.mabonline.net/media/news/articles/uk2003/mabonlineshutdown11.11.03.htm

Can anyone post suggestions as to which ISP's have the best track records in not censoring stuff? I guess we could work backwards and start with AOL!

It seems pretty obvious that to shut MAB's website down is a direct attack on MAB's co-ordination of protests before bu$h's visit.
The STWC website may also be hit? (well maybe not, the self proclaimed leaders of the anti-war movement and their 'stewards' only shuffle orderly round the streets arm in arm with the cops keeping everybody else in line.)
Indymedia ... hold strong ... the same may happen here?
