The Cops and Hackney Council are doing this without any court order, it's illegal, they the council and the cops are using the excuse that they are closing down crack houses so they can evict squatters from the Kingsland Estate, those occupying those properties are not crack heads or dealers and none of those properties are crack houses, there all fucking wankers especially the cops there never there when you really need them, they just go about harrassing those who are in need of a place to live. Hackney Council and all their housing bosses are the most fucking stupid cunts inm Hackney especially Steven Tucker (Director of Housing) If he had any brains he'd start getting these people to pay rent then this council would'nt be in such a fucking mess in the first place, why dont they go after the bastards who sub-let there homes as these wankers obviously dont need a place to live, they abuse the housing system yet Hackney Council instead of checking they inform those doing it by sending out letters "Fucking Stupid Cunts" There are loads of one bedroomed properties around the borough yet the council claim they need these for families "Yeh Right Nothing Wrong With A Bit Of Overcrowding" If we have a bunch of misfits running our services we pay for then we want proper services and not empty homes.

A message to all squatters and activists, the Director of Housing (Hackney Council) and his cronies will be at the Summit Estate Community Hall on Wednesday March 10th from 6.00pm onwards should anyone wish to come along and have their say on how these Council officials operate outside the law. Directions to Summit Estate are 253 or 254 from Mare Street to the Swan Pub Upper Clapton/Clapton Common. Summit Estate is next door to the Swan Pub. Any bus to Stamford Hill 149, 67, 76, 476, 73, 243 walk down past Netto's towards the common Summit Estate is on the right hand side by Portland Avenue. On Wednesday 10th March the Director of Hackney Housing will be at Summit Estate Community Hall, Summit Estate, Portland Avenue, N16. From 6.00pm Housing Officials will be at the community hall including Jamie Carswell the Labour councillor and Mayor Jules Pipes sidekick who sits on the housing committee and is responsible for the action being taken today on the Kingsland Estate, Haggeston and other estates nearby are to follow with mass evictions in due course and the excuse being made for these evictions is that they are closing down crack houses. What these police and council officials want people to believe is that all squatters are drug dealers, lets hope the I.W.C.A. will get together and act on behalf of the squatters as well as other organisations to stop the illegal evictions....
