Last night all the news channels reported that “Credible intelligence from multiple sources” indicates that Al CIAda intends to “mount an attack on the US in the next few months”. For the uninitiated that means start keeping an eye out for reports of yellow Ryder trucks cruising around suspiciously (oh my god, those reports are already evident – do a search of recent headlines). Indeed I am surprised that those lethal weapons haven’t been prohibited after OKBOMB (see  http://www.isebrand.com/Gore_Vidal_McVeigh_2001.htm).

This time we have been pre-warned so we have no excuse if we fall for the “Anthrax attack intended to disrupt elections” headlines when they (or similar) inevitably arrive. Oh, while we are on the subject of anthrax: bear in mind that it is not a terrorist weapon but a State weapon. Anthrax is the ideal state biological terror weapon because is has very low secondary infection rate; this makes the effects more controllable thereby creating a great deal of fear whilst not ‘getting out of hand’. Ask yourself why the US government is contracting for 75 million doses of recombinant anthrax vaccine rather than any other vaccine – unless it is just another money scam (see  http://www.anthraxvaccine.org/waste_of_taxpayer_money.html).

Likewise, unless ‘they’ suddenly show an uncharacteristic spark of originality, any truck bomb is likely to be manufactured and delivered courtesy of Ryder & Co, the damage caused by the ANFO bomb is likely to cause far more specific structural damage than it is reputed to be capable of and, inevitably, key people who would be expected to be at the target site will ‘by a stroke of luck’ be elsewhere at the time of the attack (avoiding certain death thanks to the Hand of God).

So keep an eye on the FBI, as us old poets say, just in case they supply us with further hints about what ‘they’ are planning.

Sounds almost paranoid, doesn’t it? I sure wouldn’t be too happy living in Al CIAda’s designated target area just now and that particular kind of paranoia is one that the US government *does* want to encourage.
