Today in The Buyukanskij law court (Kishinev, Moldavia) will
be continued process on two National- Bolsheviks - Yuri Bednov and Aleksandr
Angeli, who conducted protest action against the policy OBSE in Moldavia. The

activists NBP under the arrest. In the attitude of the arrested National-Bolsheviks
was initiated the criminal proceedings on the part of the second article 287

cynicism and impudence";, the foreseeing punishment from 3 to 7 years of
deprivation freedom. At the same time the deputy minister of internal affairs
RM Vladimir Botnar' stated that the criminal case is brought according to the
article of "hooliganism", i, according to him, young people expects
solid penalty or of up to two years of the deprivation of freedom. We will hope
that the authorities of Moldavia will prove to be reasonable and they will be
satisfied only by penalty. Since to give several years of prison to young people,
which altogether were only expressing themselves by such, lets say uncommon
(but, will note, by frequently utilized in Europe) method its civic stand, which
in any democratic regime in no way can involve so long prison term. But if such
nevertheless happens and nazbols will be put to jail, then this will be the
influential proof of the fact that there is no democratic society in Moldavia,
the freedom of speach is absent, but police regime celebrates. Let us recall
that on Friday On 11 June in the Palace the republics during the press conference
on the outcomes of the visit of representative international delegation of 25
ambassadors OF OBSE to the republic Of Moldova were attacked by National- Bolsheviks
