Thanks, Tony Blair. You’re a good Man!

– Georgia, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On behalf of my entire family, thank you for supporting our Country, our President, and our Military.

During WWII, my father was with the 101st Airborne’s Screaming Eagles. He spent his youth in Europe fighting the Nazis. I am glad you have not forgotten all the Americans who sacrificed so much for Europe; – we will remember that France HAS turned her back on us.

– Ohio, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Prime Minister Blair:

Thanks for the courage, integrity, and leadership you have shown in your Iraq policy. We Americans, and the world, are very fortunate that you were occupying No. 10 Downing Street when it became necessary to act.

– Pennsylvania, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you, Mr. Blair, for helping in the war against terrorism.

You talk the talk and walk the walk.

I have visited your beautiful country, and admire the British for their sincerity and honor. More than I can say for the rest of our allies.

Thank you again.

– Florida, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sir,

You’re AWESOME! God bless you and EVERY Brit on the planet!

– North Dakota, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you Tony Blair, for saving the people of Iraq from Saddam Hussien!

– SWEDEN

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am a Nigerian who is very proud of Tony’s support for the war. We know our friends only in time of crises, and Britain has proved to be a friend that can be relied upon. Though many Britons do not appreciate your boldness, you have become a hero to many people around the world for your brilliance and doggedness.

Thank you Tony Blair. History will never forget your heroism in the face of stiff opposition.

– NIGERIA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just say thanks to Blair.

– THAILAND

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks for everything you have done to bring peace back to the world.

You are great sir.

– CHINA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The United States & Great Britain…..forever….

Freedom baby, yeah !!!!!

– Minnesota, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well done, PM Blair.

I’m half Iraqi half English. You have allowed me to return to my fatherland, Iraq, after years of absence.

You have given the Iraqi people hope. But please give us security; secure our borders, with the help of the Iraqis, root out the terrorists & please treat the Iraqis as a liberated people, not as an occupied people.

Keep up the good work

God Bless Iraq
God Bless USA
God Bless UK

Best regards,

– IRAQ

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Prime Minister, Mr. Tony Blair,

I appreciate your outstanding support to George W. Bush, in a valiant attempt to obliterate the enemy from the face of the earth, such that the posterity will live in peace.

I sincerely pray God that you will be successful in all your unselfish endeavors. May God bless you. Bless America.

– INDIA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

To Mr. Tony Blair, and, all British-

Sir, the best of the British, which you Mr. Blair and the fine British soldiers with whom I had worked in Afghanistan recently represent, are the true heroes of our time. The future, as was with Sir Winston, will prove us resoundingly right.

Anyone, anywhere who fights for freedom and against hate, is ultimately right.

My best to you and your continued support,

– Ohio, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tony,

You have shown grit the likes of which is seldom seen. You have inspired us, and made us feel one with you and your nation.

Thanks!

– California, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Good job.

– DENMARK

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The only way any of us can rid the world of disease, terror and evil is together. No one can do it alone.

Thank you.

– Florida, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You are the best leader Europe has. Keep up the good work and spread liberty around the world.

– CANADA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you, Prime Minister Blair, for standing with the U.S. for freedom and democracy in Iraq.

We were happy to stand with Great Britain against the Nazi threat of World War II and Soviet threat against democracy in Europe during the Cold War.

We deeply appreciate your willingness and the willingness of your fellow countrymen to stand with us now against those who support terror and oppose freedom.

Thank you.

– Virginia, USA

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Mr. Blair,

Just a short note from the other side of the pond here in America to say “Thank You” for your resolve and commitment to freedom and democracy. With your leadership, the world will be a better place for all.

– Arizona, USA

"such as the mass uprising at the end of the first Gulf War"

31.08.2004 10:43

hmmmmm. And who let the retreating republican guards through coalition lines to crush the uprising. Who, despite having established air supremacy, allowed Iraqi helicopter gunships to massacre the insurgents. And who is massacring the VERY SAME shia insurgents RIGHT NOW in the name of their liberation?

If you're going to mindlessley troll, at least have the decency to be coherent. But, then you can't coherently support the actions of this government can you? As we keep arming Islam Karimiov, dictator of Uzbekistan, who boils political prisoners to death. In 10 years time some 'Realist' muppet will be urging us to carpet bomb Uzbekistan to save the people from that evil dictator we've been building up, as we readily arm the next tyrant. It goes on, and it has to stop.

troll watch

Hey Realist,

31.08.2004 11:34

Bush and Blair liberated what? The genocidal tyrannical regime is still there, under new management. Perhaps you want to consider that killing civilians, destroying homes, raping women, torturing suspects and other highly democratic exercises as such, ARE, in fact, quite appalling violations of human rights. New mass graves will be discovered in time, with a Coalition Forces flag waving on the top.
And you call yourself a realist...

Already have, in Afghanistan - 3,000 captured Taliban/local Pashtuns who spoke the wrong dialect were suffocated and the survivors summarily exectued and buried in a mass grave in the desert. US special forces oversaw the whole operation and were physially present, directing General Abdul Rashid Dostum's men:  http://www.acftv.com/more.asp?id=271&catid=5

sick people

31.08.2004 12:20

these people are clearly either sado-sicko's or just willfully ignorant of the blatent truths of this [oil] war.

pity them

Look at the whole

31.08.2004 12:43

'The new Iraqi government is democratic ...', says Realist. Who voted them in then?
It remains to be seen if elections in Jan will be 'free'. I doubt it. The US want Allawi or another stooge elected. There will probably be a choice between puppets.

Allawi was Sadam's man in London, where he was recruited by the CIA, for whom he has worked ever since. The mainstream media have been reporting widely that it is said he recently went into a prison and summarily executed several prisoners; he shot them in the head with a revolver at point blank range to show/prove his toughness.

Also:"British and American forces are also in Iraq to maintain security." They are there to gain control over Iraq, which they have completely failed to do. As soon as they step out of their bases and start shooting, drop bombs, or fire missiles security is threatened, and resistance forces them back. The presence of the troops is the problem, not the solution.

The US are building several bases in Iraq - they want a permanent presence. Their next targets is Iran.

The realist
The realist

WTF is this plonker doing here?

He as much a realist as Allawi is a "democratic leader" who's "better than Hussein".

In fact he's a deluded fool......

Perhaps he meant to post on www.freerepublic.com and is too stupid to know the difference.
