It is necessary to tell, that businessmen really did not understand normal Russian. About this female category of the "smoothed out" Blagoveshchensk militian sources modestly hold back. It and is clear - in frameworks of the administrative responsibility any reasonable judge it will not squeeze. And what for: what girl will tell, what she was raped with crowd of the militiamen who have flown into a rage from impunity? Who will protect her in sovereign Bashkiria?
Today on apartments of hackneyed and raped people militiamen and employees of city administration go and, grinning to face, ask:
