We are writing to you from Behatokia-Observatory for Human Rights to let you know that our latest info is now available at our webpage. This info is a monographic issue dealing with the numerous and extremely serious torture complaints received during the first months of the new Spanish government’s term in office. We have paid particular attention to the testimonials of the ten people arrested by the Guardia Civil at the beginning of November, whose testimonials had a certain amount of media coverage.

These terrible torture complaints arrived in the midst of the hopes set on the new government in Madrid. We cannot but hope these are the last such testimonials we have to listen to.
