Synopsis: I had been writing critically of the Bush
Administration, when the Secret Service top secretly requested I be

abruptly before the actual closing. While the bogus warrant will
be refused by the courts to challenge, as it has been deemed

about to be in the, potentially life depriving court room? I can
only pray a public jury will consider something fishy is afoot as
foul play, when the matter isn't even allowed for our discussion as

advocated the personal arrest of, and then of course there's that,
as everybody knows, bravely fighting global tyranny by bringing

Does the Court support the ends and means of Justice, to not offer
support to the 9/11 investigating FBI officers, by having me
quickly silenced on their behalf through incarceration? I fear, if
I am denied a public platform to express my defense, I will be
railroaded into a situation where I will be refused an opportunity
to speak openly. So, I come to the world now, as a safety
precaution, to insure any attempted demonization of my better name
later, will at least have this out here to counter measure. Please

for the single RCMP Cnst., was the same guy who searched my

What did he find amongst 37,333 images?

OPENLY a woman of about 22 with fully developed breasts, is termed
between ten to twelve, like of a woman's behind with womanly hips
and pubic hair, ten to twelve also. And on and on and on, with
those few photographs (I've seen no more than maybe 10 or 12 of),
that would constitute an actual legal argument, thrown in to make
it all look bad. Like a short video of a young girl standing in a
bath smiling. The worst depiction they have is a video of several
seconds, appearing to be a young boy being sexually fondled, but I
certainly don't advocate such unbalanced behavior, believing it
would be harmful in dealing with, as a growing up in through
sexuality as the developing adolescent. So, knowing this then,
what am I guilty of, that they are truly, as bushite, going to try
to put me in prison for? Loving children? I didn’t commit the
sexual assault, take the footage, didn’t distribute it, nor would I
have kept it from deletion. Deletion doesn’t even matter to these
geniuses. They’ll scan what you deleted, and charge you for that
decision also. You can’t win to continue going in silence. By
continuing bushite fascist tyranny censorship for enslavement of
our species, will suck for all concerned if you don't speak up for

Think of how many curious seekers of youthful beauty out there the

in front of everyone, they sell out honorable FBI officers for

In regards to Johnny's criminal charges.

Being in possession of that I know not of until it reaches my
computer, puts the onus on the distributor’s server to be held in
the same regard equally. To argue for criminalizing the possession
of materials that are granted full legal rights to be propagated,
as not for sure either way then, but now that they're multiplied to
others, makes little sense. For, it only increases a problem that
will end up costing the public a great deal more to deride, if the
said material is found to be, without reasonable doubt,
objectionable from a legal framework set of criteria. Instead, in
my case, they've used every impractical assumption regarding the
content of what I may have witnessed. I am beside myself
dumfounded to learn a picture termed of a topless youth smiling, is
a sight the officers involved wish to draw me with as evidenced
pedophile. A term classified to include dehumanizing personal acts
of sexual assault against the rights of actual children. This is
unacceptable. And, I will not be found guilty of approving such
conduct. As to other depictions of cruelty I've witnessed by
information gathering, I can say without doubt to any as a seeker
of injustice, has motivated me personally as a public figure, to
take direct steps few others do in defense of the innocent. Unlike
the two officers who are my public accusers, I don't believe
indiscriminately murdering people by bombing a country brings about

Turning Logic on Its Head

Bush's preemptive war policy is a war without just
cause. Under international law and centuries of common
legal usage, a preemptive war may be justified as an act
of self defense only where there exists a genuine and
imminent threat of physical attack.

Psychodynamic Theory

Freud suggested that there were conflicts between conscious and
unconscious forces that influence our feelings, thoughts, and
behaviors, theorizing that conscious thoughts only comprise a

understood completely. Freud used the term unconscious motivation,

techniques: Free association, dream interpretation, and analysis

reflected a hidden instigation of behavior included. (Freud was
secretly a theologian). Freud, naturally, considered that our
personalities begin at the start of development, so emphasized
childhood experience as the foundation, or framework from where our
personalities would be more so dependent upon. Freud formed his
theory around divided states of mind: id, ego, and superego, along
with 5 psychosexual stages to help structure an understanding of
our progressions through human development.

Such wrestling with Freuds ideas, brought me to consider, are our
deliberate actions not based on sound judgement? If there are
unconscious motivations driving our will, where does that leave
principles, as we measure ourselves in honesty? When things are
uncertain, do unconscious motivations, gain decisiveness on our
faulting conclusions? Can some forgotten childhood experience,
unknowingly convince ourselves, one plus one equals something else?

Humanistic Theories

Humanistic Theories emphasize our capacity for personal growth,
development of our potential, and freedom to change our destiny.
Unlike more defined branches of Psychology that seek underlining
hidden forces, Humanistic theories stress self realizations are
ultimately, like plans, responsible for the directions we take in
personal development, and through the motivations we have as the
human species. The phenomenological perspective, speaks of our
individual perceptions, be they accurate or otherwise, become our
reality, while the Holistic view, speaks of the individual person,
being more than individual parts described through divisions of
statement, but of a unique entity that is, in part, identifiable to
all things mentionable. It would be then right to say, Holistic is
a definition that defines its own meaning, as something more than
can be completed by its own explanation. Much like dancing poetry
that holds lasting truths, or a leisurely good beer on some sunny
afternoon. In the field of Humanistic Theory attributed to Maslow,
we concede we have desires, that are framed in a hierarchical
manner, where the basics for survival are primary, while social and
personal needs ascend us through greater living by open
communications with the Universe as ourselves.

Social Cognitive Theory

The field of Social Cognitive Theory has categorized personality
development, to be attributable through three wide based
assertions: Environmental factors, cognitive-personal factors, and
behavior, which in turn, interact to form everything. Bandura
portrayed personality's development into four main processes:
developing language ability, observational learning, purposeful
behavior, and self-analysis. Bandura emphasized that our cognitive
thought out conclusions, is our personality development. He too
however, like his predecessors, also dealt with consequences we can
attribute partly to forces we are not solely consciously
responsible for, and the strengths of those forces upon our
outcomes. The perceptions of where we are at succeeding, Bandura
argued is a balance in our beliefs in what we are capable of, and
so being, brought forward the outlining term, Locus of control.
Internal Locus of control is dependant on how much we believe our
particular actions can control some outcome for personal reward.
While the designation of an external Locus of control, is a
delegation to our self on some situations, as having little ability
in our world as malleable to our own command for gratification,
now, or in the future somewhere. Though, it should be remembered,
our living existence with nature, wouldnt be entirely hostile to
the idea of bringing ourselves enjoyment by simply only trying to
better ourselves, and the threat of law winning to protect the
community serves better than chaotic anarchy. Not much would ever
be gained, if failed attempts were concluded as complete failures
of experience. Much of Bandura is widely correct as generalized
statements about the human condition, so much so, that his,
Self-Efficacy construct, regarding self confidence being crucial to
succeeding, is as much a reiteration of his Locus of control
theorem.

Trait Theory

Trait theory is an attempt to be more scientific regarding the
sometimes, ambiguous nature of getting to the absolute truth of our
universal condition as individuals. Trait theory's five-factor
model classifies all personality traits to be associated into five
categories: openness, conscientiousness, extraversion,
agreeableness, and neuroticism. (OCEAN). With the theory parsed
with a fluidity for change for an individuals classification as
developing, while naturally becoming more stabilized as we grow
older to our vises, and conceptions of conviction on who we figure
we are. The designations, OCEAN, are almost arbitrary, and are
prone to relative bias for conclusions. Objectivity in assessing
ones agreeableness, regarding a mathematical certainty for example,
only comes from whether the person understands how to formulate the
answer. Perhaps it is insecurity of suffering ridicule for being
stupid, that an individual would publicly argue with his calculator
at the grocery store. Or in another way, ones agreeableness,
without question, could lead to doing jumping jacks in Brookland if
ones not careful. Now substitute agreeableness with openness, or
conscientiousness.

An attempted, conscious or otherwise, confrontation to the limits
of relative fallible human reason it would appear this is heading
for in the field of psychology's relationship to the categories of
philosophy, theology, and the true science of measurement. It is
the explanation made through the divisive qualifications of
language, that fall us to the deception that we are actually aware
as could be of our infinite selves, a living part of existence. In
the beginning was the Word, and only some super freaky God could
figure out what it meant really, maybe. I could be right, to say I
may be wrong on things that are not truly separate from everything
else, as effects have causes, and no living thing is separate from
existing. So, to successfully compartmentalize our identity, is to
include our relationship to the winds on Jupiter, and the
electromagnetic properties of consciousness being also timeless in
nature. (Science teaches us that.)

Genetic factors are recognized to play a significant role in trait
theory, particularly when looking at the comparisons of separated
at birth twins, who not only have commonalties in appearance, but
occasionally, also in experience with our physical reality, with
decisions made, as once thought completely independent, have shown
through in life styles, such as employment choices, or naming a pet
dog, Toy. Which would beckon to theorize DNA's multi-dimensional
space-time design, such as with horizontal gene transfers, to not
just a blueprint to making something else, but to some never
understandable living holographic relationship to all things in
this universe, as intelligence ourselves.

Bush did 9/11

A war plan to kill the people of Afghanistan for Enron's power
plant in India was on the White House desk on the ninth of September.
A plan to blame bin Laden for a crime without providing any evidence.
Then 9/11. None of the ample evidence implicated Laden, like none of
the suspects were from Afghanistan, so why not seek the true
culprits responsible? FBI officers have claimed publicly that
warrant requests were sabotaged by someone at headquarters just prior
to 9/11. The CIA has publicly claimed stock options were played on
the loss of the two airline companies as insider trading. FBI
officers claim Mr. Atta received $100,000 in terrorist funding by
General Amed, who was meeting with the Bush administration a week
prior and after 9/11. Then rumsfeld and bush stood against our
humanity without reason to steal our lives, playing out an evil never
before shown to sway their capture as traitors to the American dream.
I demand my voice be heard through our corporate news services, to
accept any debate from those who fight to keep us ignorant on our
ability to freely communicate.

Again, we witness no counter argument for bush and rumsfeld's treason
against all the American people. They both have struggled diliberately
to hide the culprits responsible for 9/11, blamed a nation of millions
