LONDON ISN'T VENICE... YET! Environmental Comedy Spectacular

A brightly clad troupe of masked Venetians are travelling long the river Thames and London canal network looking for a new home after floods have engulfed Venice. Alighting rom their boat, they make their way to numerous performance locations accompanied by an accordion and singing Italian love songs.

Greetings from Venezia! Our city. City of water and light,
and...carnival! City of mystery, romance and FLOODS!!!"

OUR CLIMATE IS CHANGING...
"London Isn't Venice... Yet!" aims to raise awareness of global warming
with particular emphasis on the River Thames; rising water levels, flood
risks and pollution. But all is not lost... we can ALL do something.
How?
Consume Less!! Change to low energy light bulbs, Recycle, Put lids on
Pans
when boiling water, Ride a bike, Switch to green electricity. There are
many ways that we can all make a difference.

Arriving in a procession of boats from Kensal Green, we will be
performing
in and around little Venice during the Canal Cavalcade, with a final
performance in Sheldon square, also part of the Cavalcade.

Mutiny Arts is a not for profit mixed media arts organisation run
entirely
by volunteers. We aim to encourage and educate people from varying
backgrounds in audio-visual media productions and mixed media projects,
while addressing international and local issues such as: The
Environment,
Racism, Urban Environment and Non-violence.
