Reports from several groups in London are showing widespread election fraud in Bethnal and Bow

The London Cultural Alliance are co-ordinating reports of widespread election fraud following the George Galloway "victory". Reports obtained indicate cases of 20 people postal voting from individual houses. Cases of the dead postal voting have also been discovered.

Polls taken before and on election day show Galloway and Respect had less than 20% support among the local people but a sudden upsurge in postal voting led to his "win".

Further information is requested to enable legal action.

Stangely the BBC covered this at first but then dropped it from their website. The Labour party are also aware of what seems like a fraud but a letting it go in the name of good relations with the Muslim community in the area

If were gonna pick on fraud why not pick on the fact that the same people who voted for the ilegal Iraq war (not that afghanistan or yugoslavia were legal, only legal war is one of self defence)were then allowed to stand for re election and were not put in jail. The system is messed up and if indeed Galloway didnt really win fairly then its just one of those moments when the same murdering lieing deceiving career seeking politicians who created this system, see it backfiring. Good for Galloway, i dont support respect but at least he taught oona king that sucking up and filling your hands with the blood of hundreds of thousands of people doesnt always pay off.

This result was no surprise to those of us who took the time to go and see the Galloway campaign in action. Groups of young aggresive Muslim men moving from house to house to distribute and collect postal votes in the Islamic community was very worrying to see.

An independent journo who raised this at a meeting and distributed pictures of it happening found his tyres slashed and paint keyed later that night.

The irony is that Galloway will drop this people at the first opportunity but they don't realise it yet.

1) Respect and Galloway have been highlighting and campaigning against 'ghost voters' and electoral fraud in Bethnal Green for some weeks. Galloway even made a feature of it on his televised speech seen by millions.

2) Which groups have uncovered fraud by Respect? Coz the link to the 'London Alliance' is dead - a fake? And a google search on this name yields no mention of such an organisation.

3) Are you a spooky, malicious, fake non-real right wing shadow character 'Sam' darling?!!!

4)If you had any evidence it would be headline news. Every rightwing Tory and New Labour supporting editor with a squeal of glee would place it on the front page of every capitalist newspaper tomorrow.

It would not appear in an anonymouse post on Indymedia by a fake poster. Fuck off!

what utter bollox!

during the election campaign it was difficult to see any public support for anyone other that respect.

at the greater london authority elctions last years, respect were undoubtedly the party of choice in tower hamlets.

the biggest suprise of all was that respect did not come at least second in the neighbouring poplar seat.

how comes us locals didn't get to see these polls that you refer to..............

The fraud during the election has been covered by the mainstream press the Daily Mail, The Times and the Independent all ran pieces. Galloway played a clever game with his demands for an inquiry into election fraud by others because h knew the Times was about to break the story the following day so in effect he got in ahead of them and knew it would divert attention. He did the same thing in Scotland when he was MP there. The Scotsman was about to expose his expenses scam and so George gave a press conference and made allegations against other Scottish MP's and their expenses. It worked then - it worked now.

The Electoral Commission is currently collecting evidence concerning postal voting in Bow and will be reporting soon.

There are so many smears published about Galloway that I don't think I would believe it if he was caught on live tv in a kiddie porn dungeon. What next? Galloway responsible for global warming? SWP control the FBI? Respect an Al Quaida front? Galloway found to be author of Zinoviev Letter?

As to the electoral fraud allegations, everyone knows it is New Labour, who, over the years have engaged in massive ballot-stuffing operations in their inner city rotten boroughs. That Respect, on election night achieved 4 out of the 5 biggest swings in the vote away from Labour threatens their cosy little sinecures and their corrupt systems of patronage. Hence the hysterical, ever more desperate attempts to smear George Galloway.

As for Sam, and all his other desperate lying troll friends, I would advise you go out and actually serve the communities you are supposed to represent rather than continue to rob them. That way you may have a chance of actually hanging on to your council seats come the elections next May. If not, I'm sure that you will find yourself facing a Respect challenger who will force you to go out and make an honest living for a change.

Well it's working now. I know the London Alliance (well I know some of the people who do work for them). They did some great work in the lead up to the election informing the new arrived community of their voting rights.

Aww bless. I can entirely understand these pro-war trolls desparately wanting to rub out the Bethnal result by some means or other. The idea of all those people voting The Wrong Way frightens hell out of them. That many might go further and get involved in active campaigning after the election is so terrifying as to make their heads explode.

So no, some escape route must be found, the voters of Bethnal must be declared fictional, non-people.. or Muslims, which for the trolls of the right comes to the same thing.

I'm just waiting for the first post from someone in Arizona explaining that Bethnal itself is a hoax and can't be found on ariel photos!
