Glasgow looked quiet on Wednesday, but police was present in the centre.
During the day people who were suspected to be protesters were stopped and searched - mainly on the way to the bus station.
4 people were arrested for 6 hours given no reason but "taking part in protest". 2 people are still arrested but it is not known if there are more.
In the afternoon vans with police in riot gear was waiting not far from the convergence space in dora street.
Afternoon: In Glasgow, several people were stopped and searched on the way to the bus staion, one person was arrested. Others were told they couldn't be arrested because police had no capacity for more arrestees. Update: It was confirmed from the Police Press Office that there is no limit to potential arrestees, and there was an absolute denial that people were not being arrested due to a lack of capacity.

Update 6.30 A group of 4 people was stopped by the police
in town centre of Glasgow and were brought to convergence space in a van.
Update 5:30 One person arrested in Glasgow.
