BBC to make secret g8 programme

"Rumors" are BBC Nottingham the people who make the secret agent programs are working on a new secret agent program to be broadcast in October.
3 people using secret video equipment took over 100 hours of video footage of activist planning and putting in to action protests at the G8 protests in Scotland.
the footage features Andrew Gilligan getting ejected from a meeting filmed by covert camera and activists planning to breach police security at the G8 in a black flag operation, a demo against police officers planned and executed by a radical group and recordings of camp fire meetings planning serious crimes .

if it is true then the bbc lawyer may as well stop wringing his hands over the police seizure of the g8 tapes from 4th july.

Rumours are Police have seized the covert tapes from the editing suite and have issued a evidence warrent of seizure on any copies, the programme may not appear on time if at all, until the police free the tapes.

The BBC have really Cocked up this time !

Initially when I heard about this I thought "Oh bollocks". But then thinking about it I wondered who would actually bother to watch it? The BBC will stick on BBC 4 and then show it on BBC2 in about 6 months time between Newsnight and A Life Of Grime (with signing). All it will show is a bunch of us sat round in endless meetings making hand gestures and getting bored and drunk. The only interesting bit will be if they include Andrew Gilligan nearly getting lynched at the Dissent meeting.

Q."has your department conducted covert filming of the G8 summit protests and have the tapes been seized by the police"

they Say.....after some thinking

"we can not confirm or discredit suggestions that we were er...r covertly filming in err... scotland in connection with the G8, we can not confirm at this stage that err... several tapes have been err..., been seized,... sorry have been taken by the police, we will issue a full statement in due course regarding the issue of a police warrent for recorded information"
