Local residents in Rainworth rise up against proposed windfarm

NPower wnts to build a massive windfarm on the outskirts of Rainworth. Now local residents have set up 'the Lindhurst Windfarm Protest Group' that has organised a public meeting at Rainworth Methodist Church. They have got the support from MP Alan Meale, who attended the meeting last Thursday. NPower wants to build five 400ft-high turbines at Lindhurst Farm, just off Blidworth Lane, Rainworth, just south east of Mansfield.
