Another BNP Nonce

Auntie | 17.11.2005 12:41

Yet another BNP sex-case comes to light.

Sex arrest BNP man set to quit

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A BRITISH National Party boss has been arrested on suspicion of a sexual offence.

Andrew Kershaw, secretary and treasurer of the Yorkshire and Humber branch, was arrested in the early hours of Saturday morning at his home at Fieldhead Gardens, Dewsbury.

The high-ranking figure spearheaded the BNP's assault on the Huddersfield, Dewsbury and Batley seats during the General Election campaign earlier this year.

No BNP candidates were successful.

A spokesman for the BNP said: "Following an emergency disciplinary meeting of the full Kirklees BNP committee it was unanimously decided to suspend with immediate effect Andrew Kershaw and seek national authorisation to permanently expel him from the British National Party.

"These actions have been taken following details of his involvement in a serious matter coming to light."

But Mr Kershaw has today announced he is to quit the party.

The 43-year-old was released on bail by West Yorkshire police pending further inquiries into the allegation.

Heckmondwike councillor David Exley said: "Everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

"This issue is out of our hands now and has been passed on to the party nationally to deal with.

"They will act accordingly if and when Mr Kershaw appears in court."

The arrest is set to once again rock the far-right party only months after Huddersfield General Election candidate Karl Hanson was found guilty of possessing heroin and crack cocaine.

Just two days before the public went to the polls, the Examiner exclusively revealed Hanson had been arrested.

Yorkshire BNP organiser Nick Cass urged people not to vote for their candidate, who was later found guilty at Leeds Crown Court

Indymedia supports homosexuality, that is the worst sex offence of all.

17.11.2005 13:28

You at indymedia support homosexuality, that is the worst sexual offence of all. The Bible states quite clearly that if a man lays with a man as he would with a woman then an abomination has been committed and both men must surely be put to death! God himself also destroyed two cities Sodom and Gomorragh because they had wide spread homosexual practice.

Just more evidence...

17.11.2005 17:34

Just more evidence (like we needed it!) that the BNP are just a bunch of hypocrites who go on about law and order and having the death penalty for rape when clearly not even they believe the nonsense that they come out with. I'm surprised they have any members left who haven't been convicted.

He will be properly shamed

Like the Oldham rapist, this man was not a proper BNP member but another put-up by the Zionsit scum at Searchlight and Nick Lowels.

Ha! Ha! Nice one Collett! You're forgetting how to use the Asian/Arabic names! Not a 'proper' BNP member? Has he just been pulling the wool over your eyes? The BNP is full of paedophiles.

Essex

18.11.2005 00:17

Not sure if this is nationwide, but in the local Essex newspaper the Essex Chronicle the BNP seem to be having a bit of a push to make themselves look 'respectable', with the letters page being flooded with 'we're not Nazis really, just reasonable concerned citizens' type correspondance, so 'keep em peeled folks' as Shaw taylor used to remind us every saturday morning, and get those counter viewpoints coming in...

The BNP are better than anarchists!

18.11.2005 11:22

The British National Party is the best party for Britain. If you think the BNP are so wrong they form your own political party or go around telling everyone to vote Tory, Labour or Liberal, but don't slag off a political party like the BNP until you can come up with better policies. I couldn't see an anarchist candidate getting as many votes as the BNP could you?
 http://www.bnp.org.uk

I vote BNP

you thick fascist wanker

18.11.2005 12:19

You wouldn't GET an "anarchist candidate" because anarchists don't believe in party politics - you fucking idiot.

I know the BNP don't really "get" democracy, but do try and keep up, nazi prick.

racists are VERY stupid people - all the evidence points to it

Courts question

18.11.2005 13:12

Was this tosser convicted by the same legal system that is corrupt, fascist, police-statey etc etc if it every convicts anyone with left-wing politics of anything?

Yesterday someone said magistrates were worse that the Nazis for sending a man to prison after he failed to pay a fine (and my post pointing out that this was nonsense was deleted); is the judge who jailed the BNP twonk also a war criminal, or is the law a good thing on this occassion?

FTB (Fuck The Bnp)

"I vote BNP"

18.11.2005 13:19

That's because you're clearly very stupid.

BNP Hypocrites

18.11.2005 13:29

Great policies? Isn't the BNP policy on drug-dealers execution? Yet Karl Hanson got plenty of support from his Nazi pals.

As is this nonce. They're blaming his downfall on a Jewish conspiracy!

The BNP - They've done more for babysitting han King Herod

Fat Rascal

Pay Attention FTB

18.11.2005 13:43

The BNP nonce hasn't been to court yet! Maybe he'll get the same sort of 'justice' as the BNP's crack and smack dealer, Karl Hanson, who walked out of Magistrate's Court with a slap on the wrist.

ACAB

Britains most prolific child-murderer

18.11.2005 15:17

Bear in mind that even fascists who don't sexually abuse children are still abhorent.

The very impotence of the BNP and the limited extent of most paedophiles crimes makes them much more admirable neighbours than any Labour party member - who each have contributed to mass mutilation and destruction in Iraq.

Anarchism would never work!

18.11.2005 17:07

Quote : "You wouldn't GET an "anarchist candidate" because anarchists don't believe in party politics - you fucking idiot."

Then how the hell are anarchists going to run the country without a government? Who is going to be in charch of the water supply, the sewers, the monetry system, imports and exports, law and order? You can't run a country as big as Britain along anarchist lines you idiots. Maybe you could run a small commune of about 200 people along anarchist lines but not a whole nation of 60 million people! The entire economy would collapse if you did!

And on the subject of peadophiles it is anarchists who want to abolish age of consent laws!

I vote BNP

Oo er...

19.11.2005 07:26

Guess that makes me an anarchist then!

Pete O'Phile

'his body was the playground of the nazi elite'

19.11.2005 10:17

An anarchist is anyone who doesn't need a law to tell them that abusing children is wrong. A fascist thinks they are superior to the laws that they themselves impose violently on others. Its a power thing - you seek to exploit power and we seek to oppose power, so naturally your political mind is more conditioned to child-abuse.

And large scale non-heirarchial, self-regulating societies have functioned perfectly well since the dawn of time. Some of them even manage sewage and water systems - of course it does take longer as we can't rely on the forced concentration camp labour squads that the fascists always deploy.

How many support the Labour Party here? Do you want me to begin by naming all their present paedophiles, rapists and sex offenders. Its funny how everyone talks about BNP paedos, forgetting the huge number of them that they carefully ignore in their own ranks.

BNP policy is abhorrent, but stick to destroying their policies and ideals, leave the personel attacks to others. Otherwise it only reveals your hypocrisy as Labour the lib-Dems and the Tories have had too many paedos, sex offenders, rapists, druggies and fraudsters to name, and you wouldnt want to be highlighting your quiet nonexistent response to these would you.

Seems the trolls on here are getting thicker if they think anyone supports the Labour Party.

Campaign against them then

23.11.2005 11:02

If you dont support Labour, when is the next demo against them? How many Labour clubs have had their windows smashed and their cars attacked? How many Labour Party meetings have been disrupted, is Paypal targetted for being used by the Labour Party, have you tried to shut their banks down, arrest them for the illegal Iraq war, egged and flowered Labour MPs in Leeds?

The question is NO! Is it because youare too scared, or is it because you secretly agree with them.

If you dont like Labour, why do you save all the violence for the BNP? Labour is in power, the BNP is insignificant.

Saucy

New Labour

23.11.2005 12:40

From the Founding Statement of The 635 Group (Antifa) as posted on Indymedia: "While the BNP may be in a position to throw bricks through the windows of a few Asian households, it is New Labour that is locking up refugees and bombing Iraqi civilians."

Anarchists have always campaigned against the Labour Party, and at times their offices, electoral meetings, and MPs have been attacked. That said, individual Labour Party members do not go around beating up people because of the colour of their skin and/or sexuality in the way that fascists do, they do not terrorise corner-shop owners, or physically attack their political opponents. The reasons for confronting organised fascism should be obvious, and antifascists do not need to justify themselves to BNP apologists, the opinions of which are of no interest whatsoever to us.
