A link to a badly written blog. Is it just me or does the "article" make no sense? Who exactly is the "he" in question?

We still do not know who murdered Menezez, by emptying a clip into the prone man, striking him SEVEN TIMES IN THE FACE, in order to silence a possible witness. We do know that the police/Government LIED, but we don't know who the shooter was, or who he was working for.

Where was this electrician working that morning? Was he posted to the tube? Did he see something he should not have, such as covert operatives planting the devices?
