As much as the peace movement abhors the use of terrorist violence, it condemns state-sponsored terror. The most recent military actions of the Israeli army in the Gaza strip and west Jordan must be described as state terror. Answering a Palestinian surprise attack in an Israeli army post with the kidnapping of a soldier with a full-scale offensive against the population of the Gaza strip is itself terror.
Both the occupation of the Gaza strip – which in no way represents a Terra nullius in international law – and the arrest of members of the Palestinian government are clear breaches of international law. On the basis of the US Security Council resolution (particularly Resolution 242 from 1967), the Palestinian autonomous territory enjoys the status of an independent territory that recognized Israel’s existence with the 1993 Oslo agreements. In the foundational Oslo agreement with the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), Israel agreed to mutual acknowledgment and a Palestinian self-government in the 1967 occupied territories. The Oslo agreements made possible the establishment of a Palestinian National Authority as an international law object “sui generis.” Members of the Palestinian government enjoy complete immunity. Their arrest by the Israeli army represents a grave offense against international law, a criminal act of freedom deprivation and kidnapping. The deportation of members of the government from East Jerusalem is also illegal.
Outweighing this, Israel’s war acts come at a time of increasing escalation of violence in the Middle East. They foment an extremely strained conflict that could blow into a great bloodbath. The return to a peace process is barred for a long time. Hatred and violence determine events in the region.
A de-escalation of the situation can only succeed on the basis of the following immediate measures and principles:
1. The Israeli army withdraws immediately and completely from the Gaza strip and other temporarily occupied areas.
2. The Palestinian government led by Hamas intensifies its efforts around a release of the kidnapped Israeli soldiers.
3. Both sides declare their will to return to politics. This includes mutual acknowledgment and readiness for dialogue.
4. Both sides declare their readiness to enter into negotiations on founding a Palestinian state in the 1967 borders on the foundation of present international law. A first step must be ending all construction of Jewish settlements in East Jerusalem and in the west Jordan territory.
The Friedensratschlag peace group appeals to the German government to take a constructive mediating role in the conflict. In the past, German Middle East policy was marked by a one-sided partiality for Israeli interests. Berlin may not measure with two kinds of standards and must reject all violence in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Conversely Germany must finally end the isolation of the Palestinian government. Negotiations presuppose the recognition of the potential negotiating partner.
With these demands, the Friedensratschlag peace group is united with the Israeli peace movement (i.e. “Gush Shalom”). The well-known Israeli lawyer and human rights activist Felicia Langer will present this perspective at the July 13 demonstration of the peace movement in Stralsund when US president Bush is the German chancellor’s guest. The peace movement in Germany is called to be strongly engaged for ending violence and for a just peace in the Middle East.

My point is that organisations like youtube claim to uphold the laws of various nations. Here you see youtube applying the rule that German people are NOT allowed to be told about the atrocities carried out by the Israelis using Germany money and weapons tech (the US are not the only ones to pay for Israeli CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY- the people of Germany since WW2 have been obliged to help Israelis murder countless humans in circumstances every bit as evil as nazi war crimes. Many of the laws that Hitler passed to control the minds of the German population are still in place today and used for this purpose.
WAS THE CRIME OF THE GERMAN PEOPLE THAT THEY CARRIED OUT WAR CRIMES, OR THAT THEY CARRIED OUT ***NAZI*** WAR CRIMES. Every decent Human would say the former. Today the German population are told that Iran demanding the destruction of the racist state of Israel, just as happened to the racist states of Apartheid South Africa, Nazi Germany, and Serbia, is reason enough to support Merkel and Blair in their call to genocide Iran. The German people are told that when muslims express outrage that stories of the 'holocaust' can be used to justify Israeli holocausts against muslim people, this proves that the muslims deserve to be exterminated.
In other words, those supporters of Israel that have controlled the whole of Germany (including both East and West before re-unification) since WW2 use the exact same propaganda methods of Adolf Hitler to maintain German support for every evil depraved deed carried out by Israel since its formation.
The nazis sought to put jews in death camps. Present day Germans have given Israeli monsters the technology to murder EVERY MUSLIM currently living in a major city within the various muslim nations. This is a crime that dwarfs that represented by the death camps. Every senior government and military official within the various German administrations across the last 40+ years are guilty of crimes no different from those that got germans hung at the Nuremberg trials. That the Israelis have yet to push the button, and nuke to death a billion+ muslims from the submarines provided by the Germans for exactly this purpose is irrelevant. The Germans are aware that only one significant nation has operated without ANY regard for Human laws or Human decency since nazi Germany in WW2, and that is Israel.
The defeat of nazi Germany did NOT see the end of its evil, just the redirection of its evil into the future crimes of Israel. To this end, Germany will only recover its morality when it removes ALL Israeli control from its land, stops all support to Israel, reveals to the world the extent of German funding of Israel CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY in the past, reveals all mass murdering weapons programs built and provided to Israel, demands the full and complete punishment of all Israeli crimes and the full and complete punishment of all German citizens that assisted in any way in these crimes, and finally compensates each and every victim of EVERY Israeli atrocity.
Myself, I would happily declare that Germany had never honoured the treaties that marked Germany's surrender at the end of WW2. Thus I would start the whole process all over again for Germany, re-writing its constitution to strip out EVERY nazi law, introduce PROPER democracy and freedom of speech (the sort of thing the US was once proud to have, via its constitution), and force an eductaion program that focused NOT on the nazis (they are long gone) but on the processes that create fascist/police-states in general, and the propaganda methods by which populations are fooled into backing next-generation aggressive wars, and crimes against humanity. Every German would learn why their backing and protection of Israel was every bit as evil as their backing and protection of the nazis. The Germans have always struck me as a good people, but dear lord are they suckers for evil authority with an iron fist.
