What is the value of Free Speech?

I was wondering the value of "Free Speech"...

This very large St.george's flag has been duly decorated, by myself, with the God-given gift and right of free speech - the right to express your opinions - the former Oxford definition. The words, the right and the definition of free speech have been removed(?) from the 10th concise version of the Oxford dictionary which is what inspired the creation of this flag.

My artwork is an expression of my opinions as guranteed under the Universal Act of Human rights - specifically article 19 which ends with "... regardless of frontiers." I view the SOCPA 2005 legislation as a frontier that feebly attempts to block this right through criminalizing the act of artistic expression. I have also been cautioned as a terrorist for taking Brian's 'Free Speech Door', the second piece in this series, to the gates of 10 Downing Street.

First they nicked my flag and then they branded me a terrorist citing Tony's terrorism legislation a.k.a. the Serious Crime and Police Act - SOCPA. Mind you, I was also stopped and searched under the Terrorism Act, Section 44, for reading the Independent newspaper at said gates and eating my lunch. Apparently, Tony now requires permission to fart anywhere within the designated area otherwise known as the tourist loop, where the sight-seer's, tourists and locals alike should not be viewing artistic expression of peaceful political dissent.

This flag was siezed by the Charing Cross police on behalf of the London Metropolitan police of England, in a dawn raid on May 23, 2006 under direct orders of Sir Ian Blair - the chief of the Metropolis of London and I suspect, on behalf of Tony Blair, the Prime Minister of England via enforcement of rediculous SOCPA legislation... strange but true.

The removal of St. George's 'Free Speech flag' from Parliament Square, from the site where historically, truly disgruntled, members of English society came to voice their grievances to their Members of Parliament, from across the street of the Houses of Parliament, has inspired me to seek a monetary value on said item from society.

I was wondering the value of "Free Speech"...

This very large St. George's flag has been duly designed, by myself, with the God-given gift of words and right of “free speech” - “the right to express your opinions” - the former Oxford definition. The words, the right and contained definition of free speech has been removed(?) from the 10th concise version of the Oxford dictionary, English law and the democratic nation of England which is what has inspired the creation of this flag and why I placed it in the care of Brian W. Haw of Parliament Square, London, England.

My artwork is an expression of my opinions as guaranteed under the Universal Act of Human Rights - specifically article 19 which ends with "... regardless of frontiers." I view the SOCPA 2005 legislation as a ‘frontier’ that feebly attempts to block this right through unlawfully criminalizing the peaceful acts of artistic expression and free speech at will; i.e. Brian W. Haw, Barbara Tucker, Steve Jago, Maya Evans …

First, the Met nicked my flag amongst many other pieces of artwork, and then, they branded me a terrorist citing Section 132 of Tony's terrorism legislation a.k.a. the Serious Crime and Police Act - SOCPA, for singing a few songs at Tony’s gates. Mind you, I have also been stopped and searched under the Terrorism Act, Section 44, for reading the Independent newspaper at said gates and eating my lunch. Recently, I have been cautioned, yet again, for taking Brian's 'Free Speech Door' (an oil painting), the second piece in this series, to the gates of 10 Downing Street under section 132 of SOCPA. What am I like?

Apparently, Tony now requires permission to fart anywhere within the ‘designated area’, otherwise known as the tourist loop, where the sight-seer's, tourists and locals alike should not be viewing artistic expression of peaceful political dissent, whatsoever, unless given prior authorization by Sir Ian Blair of content, locality and number of participants which curiously contravenes article 10 and article 11 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - freedom of expression and freedom of assembly. What are they like?

This flag was seized from Parliament Square by the Charing Cross police on behalf of the Metropolitan Police of London, England, in a dawn raid on free speech - May 23, 2006 under direct orders of Sir Ian Blair - the chief of the Metropolis of London and I suspect, on behalf of Tony Blair, the Prime Minister of England, via enforcement of Tony’s ridiculous SOCPA legislation... strange but true.

The removal of this St. George's 'Free Speech flag' from Parliament Square, from the site where, historically, truly disgruntled members of English society came and continue to come, despite SOCPA, to voice their grievances towards their Members of Parliament, albeit without megaphones lest they break section 137 of SOCPA, has provoked me to seek a monetary value on said item from global society in aid of financially supporting Brian W. Haw and his right to legally assert and freely express his opinions, specifically against Genocide - a dirty game of extermination that Nazi’s like to play with people’s lives, as per Article 9 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights - defining the right of political and religious expression.

“Thou shalt not kill” - God, the Christian Bible. Is this a good Christian democratic political foreign and domestic policy? Iraq ring any alarm bells? Afghanistan? Lebanon? The Nuremburg Laws of 1945? Isn’t Genocide still a war crime?

“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers” – Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 19.
