The NPT gives signatories the right to enrich fuel for atomic power plants.Velayati also told Italian newspaper La Repubblica that his country was prepared to negotiate over its nuclear program without renouncing its right."Negotiations on the nuclear program can be resolved without a crisis, given that we only want security, that of our country, of the region, and the world," he said.“We do not want military nuclear power, but everyone should know ... that our right to civilian nuclear power is a red line that we will defend without ceding anything."Velayati was Iran's foreign minister under influential former President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani.

They've Always Been Open To Talks

The only problem is that, every time they've tried, the criminals who are attempting to create a feigned justification for an attack on this ally of the Palestinians have blocked these diplomatic efforts.
That's because this is not about this "crisis" of their making.
It's about their desire for war - which they will attempt to achieve by any and all means at their disposal - and since their LIES have all but been refuted as quickly as they've been uttered (except wherein much of the media still perpetuates the 'wipe Israel off the map' LIE), I wouldn't put another False Flag Attack past them.
