There's nothing to talk about. UK is so tightly regulated and policed it is far from susceptible to public disorder. This is just a security company trying to drum up extra business. We already have more security guards than police and the last thing we need is even more.

You should be taking direct action against the CCTV police state - including the numberplate recognision cameras that have sprung up along most A roads. But no. Fascism is creeping up on us.

Surveillance and control systems that had been developed to monitor and control the entire population of Northern Ireland from the 1970´s to 1990´s have been exported to Britain: number plate recognition being just one example.

I don’t know for sure, but I feel certain the security state is now pushing for full coverage: that’s everyone on a surveillance database cross-referenced to police files, and all government held information. This new database is being controlled by a new secret government body which came into existence a few years ago. Maybe a surveillance boffin can give us the full and accurate low-down.

These types of technology and systems were exported by the RUC to Israel many years ago when Israel began to take full control of the West Bank and Gaza. Israel has almost perfected a control and surveillance system now that covers and monitors, contains and oppresses an entire population. This is called: "Total coverage and control". Israel is now selling its know-how and surveillance, containment, oppression systems to other states who feel the need to control and monitor an entire sub-population.

Private security firms, staffed by ex-Mossad racist fascists, have sprung up in Israel and they earning a lot of money, although many of them sell countries bullshit. There´s a lot of money to be made in surveillance, as well as the need for governments and states to fell more secure – but, as we know, this is false security.

Governments and states are to be laughed and not feared. Take my word for it,- it is they who are shitting it. Just look down on the shit for brains state security apparatus. It´s a joke. Its strength is a myth., its authority a sham. Stand up to them and the cowardly psychopaths will melt and run away like dirty water down the gutter, for sure.

I have 0for years been telling people that if you forget to ask them first and borrow someone’s car, drive it on the A roads and not the motorways in the UK because of number plate recognition cameras. Now you’d have to go by the B roads. Shit. That would take about 10 days to drive from Birmingham to London.

Once ID cards and numbers are issued it will be even more difficult to keep your name off a government surveillance databases.

Currently, your name and correct adresss might appear on:
The Electoral Register;
Census;
Local Goverment Tax Register;
Phone Company Billing;
Electricy, gas or other utility databases
Bank, Cedit Card database
Oolice Record
Security Service Database.e.g. MI5 have a very sophisticated cross-referenced database. If they get any information about someone, by agents, by just reading in the paper, or hearing it on the radio, or TV, it gets inputed. If you
are associated with someone else that will be cross-referenced, for example.
The FIT will compile a database too with as much info on you, and your associates too as they can garner.
Special Branch has a database too, but they forward everything to MI5: they act as MI5 foot soldiers mainly, and will run mcany of the common a garden informer inside a political group.
In anarchist circles, they have whole groups as agents. So the group from Lower Bloomgton in the Cotswolds may be all state agents, Or the zapatistas from Essex too for that matter, but I have no idea who they are really, and
I really have no evidence that the Essex Zapas are casual government employees, except some people at LARC have voiced concerns.

But this I do know, the most accurate databases giving correct names and adresses are those of the utility companies, but they only contain the names and addresses of head of households.
The electoral register is at least 20 % innacurate and many over 17's dont fill it in.

State security and now private security firms can buy most of these databases. If MI5 cant get hold of one legally, they will steal it, or, bribe an empoylee to pass on to them, as it has been alleged in the case of Passport office databases and the electoral register. The government has made legal what was often illegal in the past, and really. But t I should mention that some of the information I am giving here is just intelligent guesswork.

My advice would be to be discreet and avoid being paranoid. Their are strategies for keeping your name offan all powerful surveilance database,. Opposing ID cards and numers would be one thing to do in Britain, for example.

So, their are strategies for keeping your name and address off a full coverage surveillance system.

Of course the police will arrest people at demos just to find out who they are and where they live.


But what does all this mean? Well it means the State worries, feels very insecure because it needs all these systems, and all this surveillance.

The state uses crime and terrorism to justify all this surveillance and security; well if so, why does it not use number plate recognition and GPS satellite monitoring to recover stolen cars; and why does it execute illegal wars that will provoke retaliation? Because the systems and wars are about retaining and gaining power and wealth for the elite at the expense of the lives and the oppression of others.

Those that feed offf the elite and its policies are the nascent facists who support the elite and their system of oppression, because it pays them well to do so. And the lumpen stormtroopers can be activated by a myth - a racist one, or, out of expedience, any other kind that does the job of geting popular support for the facist.



All this shows that those who have power and wealth feel vurnerable and need state security apparatus of the state to protect that power. The privileged and powerful in more prossaic terms are crapping their pants and need more and more draconian oppressive legislation and surveillance to protect their unjustified, morally inexceptable, and unjust wealth and power which they use to exploit and oppress others.

In fact, what they would really like is a facist state to regulate power. For example, neoliberal regulation of capitalism allows the state to ban trade unions and severely restrict them by introducing repressive legislation; Facism allows for banning Trade Unions outright, and murdering anyone who supports trade uniomism. The powerful and wealthy would find facism much more helpful to their mission to exploit, rip people off, and for the powerful and privileged to retain their power.

Neoliberalism has legalised private security entities, and private armies: things that were illegal under social-democratic capitalism which existed from after the second world war upto about 1980. When James Callaghan, the then Labour Chancellor of the Exchequer in the late 70's excepted the International Monetary Fund ruling, or offer of loans, to bail Britain out of possible Bankruptcy, the door was opened for the neoliberal revolution. Thatcher under the advice of neoliberals like Keith Joseph, began the legalisation of neoliberalism, which includes the privatisation of, well, everything, including armies and state and international security.

The thing is the whole neoliberal system of governing and regulating capitalism is highly unstable, and as the US has shown doesn't work (look where the US economy is headed, look how it's global economic stregth is collapsing, and it's military strength is being diluted by neoliberal conflict).

The reality if that the powerful are straw men, without clothes, paranoid and frightened, morally barbaric and cowardly.

A few huffs and puffs would blow the neoliberal house down, without the necessity to use violence that would violate their bodies. They would melt away.

Another world is easily possible with a little bit of courage and confidence. The barbaric state's main defence is really only systems of propaganda, brainwashing, manipulation and cohersion.

As King Amdo says, direct action against the hardware of the oppressive state is legitimate when the state itself is actually illegitimate because it is trying to make facism legal to protect the wealth, privilege, and power of an elite who would lovingly and sickenly, embrace facism., and use their propaganda systems to get popular support, and would use state and private security systems and hired guns; state police and armies to prosecte a neo-facist revolution. They would also rely on the apathy of the majority to do nothing.

The apathy of a majority needs to be roused.The actions of the neoliberals do that, such as their illegal wars, and repressive laws; but the actions and influence of others are needed too. Such as individual artists and writers, like Manu Chao acedemics and activists Noam Chomsky, Socialist and green Political Parties, and an anti-capitalist movement of individuals and groups which can flex it's constructive power, which has shown what it can do by stopping the facist in it's tracks. (see the lead feature on I M UK now. Every little brick counts to help create another world.)

Withinin 2 hours of my article about the TIS website appearing their page was changed (& has since been changed some more). Their statement about the 'susceptibility to public disorder' has been removed removed. They now have some clap-trap about football hooliganism but refuse to answer questions as to why the page was changed or evidence for their current assment.
