Innocent Irish Farmer is in Prison for 9 months.

Farmer TOM KENNEDY has produced before the court his receipt for the sale of a small farm which he bought and paid for about twenty years ago.But in breech of common understanding and professional good conduct and practice, Augustine Cunningham,Solicitor,Butler Cunningham & Moloney Solicitors, Templemore County Tipperary did not register the sale.
In Ireland ,A small group of Victims of The Legal Profession left Bunratty ( a small village in Co. Clare.) at 5.30 on Tuesday morning the 20th of November to drive with their decorated V.L.P.S. caravan to Carlow Circuit Court to support Tom Kennedy and his family in a protest outside the Courthouse.
Tom Kennedy is now in his ninth month in prison for refusing to vacate his farm of land that He purchased from his brother in 1972. I submit that Tom Kennedy's detention in prison is UNLAWFUL, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, and in breach of Article 6 of the European Convention of Human Rights.
It is correct to say, and/or FACT that Tom Kennedy has suffered INHUMAN AND DEGRADING TREATMENT AT THE HANDS OF A CORRUPT LEGAL AND JUDICIAL SYSTEM.
Tom Kennedy has told the Court, and the instigators and perpetrators of this incredible court case and unlawful procedure, that he is prepared to die in prison (he is in his seventies), or on his own property that he had purchased from his recently deceased brother in 1972.
Tom Kennedy is now held in custody 'for his own protection', If we are to believe what we hear around the Courthouse, and for those who know the facts of this corrupt procedure, it revolves around the protection "at any cost" of a corrupt Irish Legal and Judicial System.
