He is an experienced entrepreneur in internet, telecoms and technology businesses. He has led a number of successful private equity funded businesses and has been a Director of Scottish Telecom (Thus), Prestel, Teledata, Demon Internet and several other companies. His early career was with Unisys in the UK and Australia. Bill has an Honours degree in Pure Mathematics from the University of St.Andrews, and an MBA from the University of Glasgow.
Max Polyakov — Chief Operational Officer
Max is an Executive Director of IDE Group Ltd, the parent company of EasyDate Ltd. Max manages EasyDate’s operational activities as part of his overall Group role. He is a rising star of the International Internet software scene and the founder of HitDynamics Ltd, the best in its class WebAnalytics package which is now part of Hitwise Inc. as well as Maxymiser Limited, a best in class content intelligence solution. Max finished medical university and graduated from Business School in Ukraine.
Sean Wood — Online Marketing Manager
Sean Wood is no stranger to successful internet businesses and has had a colourful career spanning across numerous related industries. Sean has also spent a number of years in the 'offline' media industry with spells in both Spain and Scotland where he initiated and launched a new regional newspaper and magazine titles. So, in the spirit of what EasyDate LTD have done, I suggest that the IMC's bill EasyDate. The advertisement has been placed and seen by many people. That part of the contract has been delivered - even though many will object that Indymedia is not an advertising medium and I accept that argument.
Yet the advertising industry is expects to be paid for disseminating corporate messages. To do so on Indymedia is bound to be more expensive than, say, on Facebook or Myspace or Bebo. So, I suggest, that EasyDate have chosen to enter into a contract with Indymedia to
advertiste their wares. The only thing left is payment.
What would they be paying for? Advertising of course.
They pay for male sales leads at a lower rate than female sales leads. This is a clear discrimination based on nothing other than gender. Treating men like cattle and women as highly valued sex objects.
They offer highly competitive commission rates and advanced tracking to minimise the risk of cookies being deleted by the end user - so not content with discriminating against men and degrading women they spy on everybody too. With scant regard for the idea of opting in or out.
EasyDate Group of companies are open to discussing alternative rates or exclusive deals with top performers and supper affiliates. They believe in mutual benefit and like listening to proposals. They could go with the idea that there is no such thing as bad publicity.
Or they could just pay up above market rate for the advertising. It is, after all, in a prime position. I suggest a million.
