Being arrested in an especially cruel way degrading to my professional standing, I was arrested with an invalid summary deportation outdated by 16 years that was refused to take in my hands to read or allowed to be signed by myself without explaining the charges I was arrested by trespassing into my house without search warrant, my wife and children physically attacked and threatened. I myself was also physically attacked refused to put decent clothes on to secure my identification and to take my necessary medication prescribed by a medical doctor of Infanta, Quezon like saving for Ischemic Heart Disease that could cost my life. Maintenance therefore is a mandatory action also a constitutional and therefore also a human rights.
In degrading clothing I was cause a public scandal by member of the Barangay, example, Barangay Captain, accused loudly by DSWD of child abuse however had no written or legal right to do so. Slanderous and malicious these remarks were they could not cover up that DSWD Infanta et al were the once not only abetting but executing child abuses on behalf of the Mayor, the Bishop, Dra. Coronacion, Deacon Mario (Dutchman Theodorus van Loon), Brgy. Common and their hoodlums. They not only allowed lynchings of the Heimrath Family but obstructed justice as a matter of fact going as far as turning a blind eye to illegal eviction, child abuse by sexual assault, denial of medicine, deliberate inflicting of sickness and denial of dignity to children. Harassing the latter by frame up and degradation by doing NOTHING in a small community they could not go unnoticed and member of child abuser sit in DSWD Infanta. The known fact that the Heimrath children were forget of child trafficking makes the neforious activities of the culprits particular unacceptable not only in the Philippines but in the world tarnishing the name of the Philippines and its people. The victims are half Filipino and a Pinay especially producted by the constitution.
Denied paper medical care, denied medicine starvation rations, harassment of the form of mental torture involving also detainees the picture has unfortunately an image of rather a NAZI Concentration Camp and not of a Filipino detention centre and the President of the Republic of the Philippines NAZI. Time in over and this tarnishes the good name of her Excellency the President so may we are what the hell is going on.
Being “accused” of non substantiated allegations or hearey only seems to be already the right for BID to deprive human beings of their humanity often victims of crimes not having legal council it ought to be the duty of the PAO to give free legal aid not to be seen barbaric and cruel by denying a Bill of Right to Foreigner which they do have whether legal or illegal.
Children who are half Filipino and wives who are Filipinos are persecuted. lifelihood denied which systematically broken although it is a mandate of the government to uphold these links and even to strengthen them. So why this brutally to their own. Are the discriminating against Filipinos who marry foreigner declaring them animals only? Therefore we should avoid what looks racist/ fascist politics within the global world strategy and at least give justice that should be the basics of a government.
Right to life at BID detention Centre is and should be real not imaginary. The corpses seem to pile up not surprising with life saving medicine being denied in particular to Joachim Heimrath who for his human rights activist for Filipinos is treated like an animal for doing only this.
