The stage is set for a few moments, across the pond . . . . or - "CHICAGO - we got here!" to semi-quote the immortal "Blues Brothers". . . . but these are the cities "outer limits" - it might take a few extra twists to get out of this mess yet.

A REMINDER . . . . but of what?
FORUM, in actual fact. It was a trick question. As is so often the case, when we see things as "either/or" - hence the CIRCULAR nature of the seating. ( So often the people who try to say "its us or them" are in actual fact either "arms-dealer" types or fraudsters !)
Of course, its possible for people to see the spartacus/gladiator-slaves with the paul or peter disciples "taking the stage back" from the emperors . . . . in fact, that quite possibly the way it might get pushed to certain large donors to by a few surreptitious "campaign" funds that offer to do the little bits of dirty work to keep all those poor people poor, etc.
But its actually more interesting to remember the good practise of old Greece - where they preserved some of their customs in stone - without actually having to wear either togas OR shackles.
( again, the interpretation of THAT to the "worried cash-cow" targets of our imaginary "protection"-biz fraudsters is the offer of full-spectrum "electro-chemical slavery" of the masses ("who'd-do-that-to-CUSTOMERS?!) with the almost obligatory entirely NEW (bullet-proof) "toga-plus" (emperor-special).

Once upon a time there was a clearing in the forest, surrounded by a few really big old trees.
People from different tribes used to meet up there - seeing as it was a good space, but you couldnt exactly defend it - so it was good for peacetime, big parties, discussions etc. Then, later, most of the "city-states" were up on ridges, or at the coast - so the big old clearing in the forest was seen as sort of "neutral" special space - or - if not neutral - sort of "on everybodys side". Good memories of post-harvest celebrations, you might say.
( You see, way back, people used to rush the harvest, in case the tribe that got the worst harvest that year took other peoples - but the clearing in the forest was where they used to have a share-out-your-excess party . That meant peace! )
Long story short - when some of the clearings big old trees had fallen - the people thought the place was so special that they replaced them in stone.
. . . . so THAT was where the FIRST column came from! )
