ALF RAIDS BRAZIL'S BIGGEST UNIVERSITY (Brazil)

reported on  http://Ativismo.com (translated excerpts):

"Frente de Libertação Animal Brasil strikes again!* Target: USP

The University of São Paulo, like dozens of others scattered throughout Brazil and around the world, uses a large number of animals in a variety of research projects, teaching and testing. This feeds a frenzied market of animals bred only to have their bodies mutilated and tested on for the 'progress of science.'

The interests of these animals, sentient individuals, are never taken into account....

The Frente de Libertação Animal (FLA) raided a laboratory at the Biosciences Institute of the University of São Paulo (USP) and destroyed research materials, equipment and computers. No one was identified or arrested.

A microscope and computer monitor were damaged, telephones wires were cut, research materials were spread out on the floor....

Science has to evolve, find new ways. Testing on animals is archaic, ethically and methodologically...."

*This is the second action targeting a major university in São Paulo. In August, an explosive device was discovered at the entrance to the Federal University of São Paulo, disrupting a vivisection conference;  http://www.ativismo.com/site/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=469&Itemid=71

PHEASANTS & PARTRIDGES LIBERATED, HATCHING PENS DESTROYED (UK)

anonymous report:

"My husband and I have liberated (a mixture of) approximately 60 Pheasants & Partridges from hatching pens in United Kingdom. Pens destroyed and fences cut. We will continue our work helping innocent wildlife!"

>>

WALLS PAINTED AT RESEARCH FACILITY (Uruguay)

communique received anonymously:

"During the night of Wednesday, November 6, red paint was thrown on the walls of a laboratory at The Pasteur Institute. Within such a place they experiment with animals. Vivisection not only using other animals as if they were property, but it also is based on false arguments, given the differences between our body and that of other animals. Which leads to the conclusion that the sole purpose of experimentation on animals is the economic benefit some bourgeois receive at the expense of animals.
Also written on one of the walls was:
- Vivisection = torture
- No more experimentation on animals!
- In humans it is called TORTURE in all other animals it is called SCIENCE

WE DO NOT WANT ANY ANIMAL CAGED.
ANIMAL LIBERATION!!!"

>>

TRICK OR TREAT AT HOME OF PRIMATE VIVISECTOR (USA)

anonymous communique:

"Just after sunrise on Halloween, a sole trick or treater descended on the home of University of California-San Francisco primate vivisector Stephen Lisberger. As Stephen and his wife Chieko slept inside at 848 Clayton ST. in San Francisco, tubes of superglue were used to fill his front door locks.

UCSF vivisectors and officials shall consider this a gentle halloween prank, but this is just the beginning. We will increase our level of tactics as long as non-human primates and other animals are tortured to death at the hands of those driven by profit and as long as the University of California shows a complete disregard for the suffering of the non-human prisoners.

UCSF -- you've already had to pay out over $90,000 for violations of the Animal Welfare Act for Lisberger's experiments on primates that include fluid deprivation, gluing metal coils to their eyelids, restraint chairs and invasive surgeries. How's thousands, even millions more, in damage to the researchers property and your school sound?

'Now this war has two sides,'
JUSTICE DEPARTMENT"

>>

"STONES SPOKE FOR US" (Mexico)

anonymous report:

"On November 13, activists of the Frente de Liberación Animal one again fucked with the exploiters; this time stones spoke for us. The glass doors of an animal control center were shattered and the windows of a store that sells dead fish (seafood) were attacked with same treatment.

Not a step backward against the dominators of nature!

FLA México"

>>

HUNTING PLATFORMS CHOPPED DOWN (Netherlands)

reported on Animal Rights Media:  http://www.animalrights.nl

"The hunt season is opened again and hundreds of animals will be
murdered. N.A.S.A (Northern Anti-Speciesism Alliance) condemns taking
the lives of any kind of animals.

On Tuesday November 11th seven hunting platforms were cut down with an
axe in the northern part of Holland. A car belonging to a hunter who was
out killing innocent animals was redecorated with some nice colors and
sugar was poured in the fuel tank.

These actions probably won't stop these murderers but gives a better
chance for the animals to escape.

Just see this as a friendly start of what will come."

>>

FIRE DESTROYS CARS AT HOME OF NYSE DIRECTOR (Netherlands)

According to media in The Netherlands, two cars at the Hilversum home of Marc Strategier, a former director at NYSE Euronext, were destroyed by fire during the night of November 6. In a communique, activists dedicated the action, "to the animals in HLS who desperately call for help."

>>

PHONES TORN FROM TELMEX BOOTHS (Mexico)

anonymous report:

November 12:

The company that destroys the earth and its inhabitants, Telmex, received a new attack from the Luddites Against the Domestication of Wild Nature (LCDNS); at night we sabotaged 30 telephones, tearing them from their respective booths.

The sabotage against Telmex will not stop until civilization falls.

We are the stone in your shoes!

Revolution and insurrection, Mexico."

>>

LOCKS GLUED, WINDOWS ETCHED AT BURGER KING (USA)

anonymous report:

"Paint splattered on the wall of a Burger King.
Burger King spraypainted 3 times.
McDonalds spraypainted.
Burger King windows damaged with etching fluid.
Burger King locks glued.

Take action!"

>>

SABOTAGE IN ÖREBRO (Sweden)

On the night to October 31st, the toilets on all McDonalds in Orebro were sabotaged so no more shitting for the animal abusers! Shit on McDonalds and Go vegan is the message! - DBF Street team"

>>

ANIMAL RIGHTS MILITIA VISIT VIVISECTOR (USA)

anonymous report:

"On November 5 around 7am, UC Berkeley bird murderer Frederic Theunissen was paid a visit at his home. Red paint was thrown all over the door, walls, and windows. His front door locks were superglued.

We are aware that Theunissen has been targeted with underground direct action in the past. The attacks on him and UC-Berkeley's true terrorists will continue until the murder of innocents ends.

Vengeance for the dead.
Freedom for the enslaved,

Animal Rights Militia"

>>

LIVESTOCK TRUCKS PAINTED, CIRCUS ADS DESTROYED (Netherlands)

reported on Animal Rights Media:  http://www.animalrights.nl

"In the night of November 1st we 'NBT' went to the city Emmen where the
circus Herman Renz will set up their tents on the 7th, 8th and 9th of
November. We found many advertisements of the circus around the city
which we destroyed or painted slogans on.

In the same night we painted different slogans like 'Meat=Murder' on
livestock transport lorry's.

Animal abusers be warned !!!

We will not rest
We will not stop
We will continue until you stop abusing defenseless animals
Until Every Cage Is Empty !!!!"

>>

EXPLOITIVE SHOPS STAINED WITH BLACK PAINT (Mexico)

anonymous report:

November 11:

The bursts of action mentioned before will not cease; the exploiters will receive their punishment; this isthe truth.

We carried out another action; the windows of different businesses of animal exploitation (including a KFC) were stained with black paint.

Unstoppable! So we will continue ...

FLA México"

>>

BUTCHERS WINDOWS DAMAGED (Uruguay)

anonymous report (translation):

"In the early hours of the 1st of November the windows of two butcher shops [in Montevideo] were destroyed. Nothing was written on the walls of these businesses, but flyers were thrown that read as follows:

'We decided to attack this business because we consider it one of the pillars of the exploitation to which animals are subjected. We reject exploitation toward humans and also towards other animals because we believe that they are beings who, like us, have the same capacities to exercise their freedom; therefore, to use them for any purpose would be authoritarian. This business sells the remains of the bodies of animals who spent their lives locked up to finally be killed, and that's why we reject it. Because we oppose any form of authority.

They can think that we are only a few but there are more of us than they believe; we do not think of waiting for anyone or for anything, the animals are exploited today. This is only the beginning and we are not going to stop until all the cages are empty and they are destroyed.

Frente de Liberación Animal'"

FUR SHOP SABOTAGED (Sweden)

anonymous report:

"October 28 - Stockholm: Slogans are sprayed at the fur shop in Farsta and the 2 locks are glued. - DBF
