Again two upperclass cars burned

The series of politically motivated arsons on cars keeps on going also in the new year.

In the night to sunday, two upperclass cars have been torched in Friedrichshain. In the Pettenkoferstr. a mercedes SLK went on flames shortly after midnight. Around 2am, another car, a BMW X5 went on flames around Frankfurter Tor. The state security took up the investigation.

Within last year, the police registered 87 politically motivated arson attacks, from which 67 have been on cars. About 98 cars have been damaged on the end from such arsons.

Stones against a CDU-citizen`s büro and the local courthouse

Rastatt, 1-3rd January 2009

In the night to the past saturday, the citizen buro of the CDU politician Wolfgang Jägel and the local CDU buro of Rastatt have been attacked.
„State security took up the investigations already. Stones have been thrown against the windows and the panels have been stolen with violence. Beside this, a communique have been received from different regional newspapers.

Therein one declares:“The radical left wants to underline with this action, that the aggravation of the law ruling public gatherings began firstly thanks to the CDU and the FDP (...)“.
As the newspapers reported, there has been a similar attack on new year's eve against the buro of a local lawyer. The latter has been often the lawyer of people from the rightwing scene.“

„Rastatt – the buro of the CDU, sited in the inner city, a lawyer's buro and the courthouse have been hitted by unknown person during the last couple of days. The damages amount to several thousand euros. At least for what concerns two of the attacks, the damages would go on the account of „activists“ from the left radical scene.“

War memorial made nicer!

Munich, 2nd January 2009

Since the end of December, the two war memorial for the first and second world war sited in Bavaria, München, have been made nicer. Everybody could notice this on new year's eve, since this place is very „in“ spot on this date.

Directly on the Therseienweise there are two war memorials for the soldiers of the first and the second world war. The memorial for the second one is hounoring the tank division of the SS! Now such a memorial has been made nicer shortly before new year's eve. Such a place stays in continuity with the german militarism up until nowadays.

A successful action , for what concerns the 60 years festivities of the NATO in Strasbourg next April as well as the upcoming Security Conference in München.

Again another car burned down

The series of burned car keeps on. On the early hours of friday, a car of the upperclass has been burned in the Christinenstr. in Prenzlauerberg, as the police reports.
Since one cannot exclude a political motivation behind it, state security took up the investigations.

Up to 1000 people attacked a police station and police cars

Berlin, 1st January 2009

Shortly past midnight, there have been confrontations between police and members of the autonomous scene.
The riot began on the corner Schönehauser Allee/Eberswalderstr.
There, police cars passing by have been attacked by a group of about 500 people with rockets and fireworks. Also, windows of a tram have been smashed up.

It took several minutes before the riot police came.
However, by this moment the number grew up to 1000 people. Many of them have been partying in Mauer park and there have been no signs of possible eruption of violence, said the cops.
As the cops popped up, they have been attacked with stones, bottles and rockets. Three police cars have been damaged.
The violence threatened to escalate, as the youth smashed up three windows of the police station. Afterwards they exploded a rocket through the window.

However, the rocket did not went through, since the window was a reinforced security one, still damages have been caused by its exploding.
Around 3am, the situation calmed down, 200 cops have beem employed, one of them has been hurted by glass splinters; three persons have been arrested.

Confrontation with the police on new year's eve

Leipzig/Hamburg/Magdeburg/Kiel, 1st January 2009

Leipzig

The riot in Leipzig ended with 64 arrests. From a group of about 150 youths, cops have been attacked with bottles, stones and rockets.
From the Connewitzer Kreuz, an alternative part of the city, there have been always rito erupting during the last years. This year this has been ended quite fast, thansk to the massive police presence.

Hamburg

Two arrest have been made following confrontations in Hamburg.
Members of the left radical scene have been throwing bottles and firecrackers to the cops in the district of Schanzenviertel.
Also in the Hafenstr., bottles and fireworks have benn thrown against the cops. Three cops have been slightly injured and at least two police cars bad damaged.

In the district of St. Pauli, people went off against firebrigades, which wanted to extinguish the fire on a small barricade.
The cops who came as reinforcement have been attacked from around 150 people with bottle, stones and fireworks. Two police cars have been damaged, a few person got arrested.

0.35, at the Mövenpick Hotel (Sternschanze): unknown person threw a bottle full of butyric acid in the ventilation system of the Hotel. At the same time, the wardrobe of the 2000 guests of the party have been plundered. More than 50 pieces have been stoled, there is no trace of responsibles.

Magdeburg

In Magdeburg there have been several acts of property damage.
Around Olvenstedter Platz, a few barricades have ben build, cops have been attacked with bottle and stones.

Kiel

Part taken from the police report:

„(...) aroud 4.40am, policemen discovered that a police car have been burned in the police station of Falckstr. The car has been completly destroyed by the flames; witnesses declared to have seen a person walking direction of the car shortly before the flames went off.

However, there is no trace of responsibles, investigation are going on.“

7 upperclass cars torched

Berlin, 31st December 2008

It is dangerous for cardrivers to park in Berlin.
Just a night before new year's eve, several cars went on flames in three different distrcits of thw city. No trace of responsibles, state security investigates.

Unknown persons set up seven upperclass cars in flames. In the districts of Mitte, Friedrichshain and Prenzlauerberg, about 15 cars have been therefore damaged.

Inhabitants alarmed the cops around 2am having seen a car in flames in the Zionkirschestr.
Shortly afterwards, another car went off in the Fehrberlinerstr., while its flames daamges four cars parked nearby. Two further cars went on flames in the Ruppiner/corner Rheinsbergerstr. and in the Swinemünderstr, two cars parked nearby got also damaged.

Also in the Kastanienallee a car was set on fire, damaging a car parked nearby. In the Seumestr. and in the Krautstr. in Friedrichshain, two ore cars went on flames, damaging one other parked nearby.

Protests against the Mövenpick Hotel

Hamburg, 28/9th December 2009

-Unknown persons broke in the Mövenpick Hotel around 3.30am, destroying the christmas decorations and a ceramic vase on the entrance. Already on Friday, about 22 persons protested with a soup kitchen in front of the hotel, but this action was peaceul.

-Schanzenpark: unknown person slashed tires of police car
Unknown persons left calpthrops around the Mövenpick Hotel.
Shortly before 7am, a police car finished in the trap, its tires slashed off by the calpthrops.
The criminal police believe militant opponents of the Hotel to be behind the attack.

Five posh cars damaged in Kreuzberg

Berlin, 25th December 2008

Five posh cats have been damaged by unknwon persons on the 25th December, along the Paul-Licke-Ufer in Kreuzberg.
Witnesses found out that the tires of three mercedes and a bmw have been slashed off, while a jaguar have been painted with orange color.

„The cars were parked almost next to each other“, said a police spokesperson.
One of the mercedes had all its tires slashed off. Just few days before there has been an attack against a condo project, Carl Loft, very close to the place where the cars were parked at.

Color against police station

Bochum, 24th December 2008

A communique sent to us:

„In the night to the 24.12 we attacked the police station with color, during its opening.
With such a symbolic action we aim to show our anger against the police murder of the 15 years old Alexandros Grigoropolous happened in Athens on the 6th of December.
Moreover, our small „make it nicer“ action directs itself against the attack by the police on a group of anarchist who were distributing flyers on the christmas market last saturday.

We won't take such provocatios any longer!

Action against deportation

Eutin, 24th December 2008

In the night from the 23rd to the 24th we, the group „working circle calm night – no peace for racists“, took up an action of „make it nicer“ to the private house of the main responsible of the immigration office of Ostholstein, Volker F.
Through a message left on its walls, the neighbours should be informed by the racist action of their neighbor. On top of this, one left a warning message in the garden entrance.
After the motto “the one who makes a lot of shit, needs also a lot of toilet paper“, we left several toilet paper behind.
Volker F. is known since years thanks to his scrupoulous actions against migrants. As example for this, it has been his behavior regarding a racist arson happened in the Lübeck's Hafenstr. in 1992. The fire has been done by neonazis, a thing which the city did not want to recognize. Instead of protecting the migrants, he tried to deport them, doing the interests of the city. This was not anymore a politicall neutral behavior. Not even the fact that one person needed medical assistence, stopped him in doing that. But this was no single episode. Same behavior he had regarding a kurdish family living in Bad Schwartau.
The family was threaten by political persecution, in the case they would be deported.
Even thought the mother was not recognize suitable for a deportation, following some medical analyses, F. decided for a not publicised police operation during the night. This lead to a heartattack of the mother, which thanksfully did not end with her death. This has been a traumatic experience especially for her children.

However, Volker F. remained in his place. Shortly afterwards it has been shown that his behavior did not change at all, as he tried to deport a family which was living in Germany since 19 years. By using methods which remind to antiterror ones, he presented himself quite proudly on the Lübeck's newspapers. The children should be deported to Turkey, even though they do not speak turkish. Again he ordered a police intervention, which was of course a shocking experience for the kids. He tried even to prevent the marriage of a son of the family, since through this he would have gained german citizenship.

Such examples are only a sign for his unhuman work. We do not want to let such people having good time during the festivity of love and the time of thoughtfulness. F.'s methods are symbolic for the ones used in Germany and Europe for what concerns refugees. With the asylum compromise, one defacto dismantled the right to asylum and europe keeps on becoming a fortress against refugees.

Through our action, we want to raise the attention of neighbours about the racists deeds of Volker fehring.
