7 men to face bail hearing Monday Brighton Magistrates Court
1 woman under arrest remains in hospital
1 woman released on police bail pending further investigations
7 men face Burglary and Criminal Damage charges
2 of them face Breach of Bail charges
1 of them faces charge of damage to police cell
3 of the arrestees were not involved in the decommissioning action and were arrested somewhere other than the EDO MBM ITT factory premises
It is believed EDO MBM are claiming that costs of damage caused to the factory and loss of business is above £250,000!!

Police search houses of people charged with Burglary and Criminal Damage charges - it's not usual procedure to spend (taxpayers) money, time and resources on these alleged crimes.
If you get burgled for real the cops are just not interested.
