A CRACK money scam is being run. These people are claiming to raise money for animals when it is for CRACK. Benefit Promotions does NOT give any money to North London Animal Rescue or F.R.I.E.N.D Amimal Sancturay as claimed. The crackheads KEEP all the money for themselves. The ringleader, Josie, even claimed that Marion from F.R.I.E.N.D Animal Sanctuary [SHAC / UK & International AR Gatherings] "stole" her puppies.

Animals have been obtained for free via sites such as Gumtree and sold by the people from Benefit Promotions.

Marion from F.R.I.E.N.D did not steal any puppies. Those puppies were dumped at F.R.I.E.N.D Animal Sanctuary and then the people from Benefit Promotions asked for £150 per each "rescued" dog.

North London Animal Rescue are not given money from the benefit gigs as has been claimed.

Well meaning animal lovers donate money to these people in the mistaken belief that the money goes for the animals when it does not.

The racket is about crack not the animals.

Any animals that these people do have should be rescued from them as soon as possible and given new loving homes.

We have no way of knowing what the truth or not of this is, so Indymedia should regard it as slanderous and take it down. I don't think it does either side any favours to have this on a public forum.

The animals ARE looked after. Taking them will DISTRESS animals. LEAVE THEM.

Taking any animals will cause them distress and will be an act of cruelty. This is a personal matter and the animals are not mistreated. Anyone can see from photos of the animals that they are looked after and happy where they are. Removing any animals will cause them immense trauma so leave them alone.

Stop Camden Animal Lab supports Benefit Promotions and the people who work hard to put this together for the animals. The animals are safe where they are so please leave these animals and these people alone.

this is slander.

I have been the target of a hate campaign by someone who is supposed to be Animal Rights, and who buys fish burgers from Macdonalds. I am not the only person who this person has a hate campaign against, and they are targeting other people in either Animal Rights or animal rescue.

I have a letter from this person saying they hate me. The person who has written this is a fantasist.

I have proof of the homes provided to all the animals rescued because I only work with reputable groups. These groups can be contacted to verify the work that I do is genuine. I also have proof of where the money received from the only 2 gigs I have set up have gone, and am happy to share this information with reputable, verifiable people.

I am asking this is removed otherwise i will persue legal action against this site.
