A hunger striker is given liquids.
The Tamils gather to protest 'Proscription'.
The civilian population is targeted.
Chemical weapon attacks.
Freedom for us and them, but not the Tamils.
A dismembered corpse, the cost of war.
War on terror, or genocide of an entire people?
Nepotism and miltarism.
The BBC, again!
The demonstration takes place as two Tamils enter the second week of their hunger strike outside the British Parliament building with many supporters now warning that the two men are dangerously close to renal failure.
The two men are receiving care and medical support from London paramedics and Tamil doctors.
Earlier in the day, the GLA (Greater London Authority) fence off the square leading to accusations that the GLA are more concerned with the welfare of the grass in the square than the people engaged in the protest themselves.
