http://capitalforharyana.blogspot.com/ but due to Chandigarh dispute both states Haryana and Punjab are claiming on it where as after partition each and every assets of joint Punjab be divided in both in principal including share of water said Naresh Kadyan, representative of the International Organization for Animal Protection in India / Chairman, PFA Haryana.
Panchkula adjoining area of Chandigarh became unofficial capital of Haryana then why left claim on Chandigarh..?..let Punjab be think on it for the solution of the problem, no doubt Haryana and Punjab both are sharing Chandigarh as capital of both states, High Court as well.
Think...think.....think Govt. of Punjab, let us sit together, the leadership of both states to resolve all issues Naresh Kadyan said.
