Constant Moussavou has left the UK
"Thank you all for your letters/support unfortunately the Home Office did not want to listen and Constant was removed to Congo Brazzaville on Wednesday 9th September. We have not heard from him since. Please let me know if anyone does here from or of him."

Zahra Mohamed is Here to Stay
"I just wanted to inform you of the wonderful news Zahra received, she has been granted Indefinite Leave To Remain and we are all overjoyed!
"The last couple of months have been a real struggle for Zahra and she found it difficult to hold on to her hope and faith. After the Home Office sent a request for passport sized photographs in June (originally at the end of May, but that first letter was lost in the post!), she was asked to provide further documentation. But after providing these in a timely manner, she heard nothing back at all while the ladies she was sharing accommodation with received their documentation within 2 weeks of the Home Office's request for photographs.
":Zahra sank into depression believing that again her claim would drag on for months if not years. She could hardly believe the wonderful news at first, but she went to pick up the documentation from her solicitor's on Friday 18th September and now holds the evidence of her fresh start in life in her own hands!
"Many, many thanks to NCADC for publicising her campaign and distributing the petition and also lots of thanks to everyone who supported Zahra in her campaign by writing letters and signing the petition as well as the wonderful messages of support she received.
"She is very grateful for all the support and hopes to embark on a career working for Human Rights organisations in order to help others. And hopes the good news will inspire people to run campaigns of their own or to participate in more in those of others.
"Let's hope that this year will bring even more positive results to the various campaigns!"

Elizabeth, Marie & John have left the UK
"Elizabeth, Marie (4) and John (18 months) were picked up on Monday 14th September at 07:15 and taken to Yarl's Wood Detention Centre. They left for Uganda on Thursday 17th September. Elizabeth was arrested on arrival at Entebbe and questioned for two hours before release. Marie was so traumatised she had to be seen by a doctor. The latest news is that they are staying with friends but that Marie's condition is worrying; she is reported to be depressed, not speaking or looking at anyone.
"We would like to thank everyone for all the efforts that were made to try and keep the family in the UK"
