In Birmingham Crown court 18th October 2004 I was sentenced to seven years imprisonment. I served 3years 8months in a sex offender unit at Stafford Prison. I always protested my innocence so was classed by the whole system as being "In Denial".
Miraculously I managed to get parole while maintaining innocence in June 2008.
I have been relentless and have been fully supported by my family in my fight for justice. I had 2 failed appeals, 2 knock backs from the CCRC. But finally the CCRC's Sally Rowen saw the flaw in my trial. This was pushed Firmly by my solicitor Mark Newby (Jordans Doncaster HAAP) who I may add has worked relentlessly for nearly 4 years for free!
My case was put before the Court of Appeal on 15th December 2009. Lord Justice Moses on examining the evidence quashed all convictions.
What I find incredible in the 21st Century is that one can be imprisoned for serious crimes for very lengthy sentences, on the word of one person, and without any evidence to support those allegations.
Social services are on a "witch hunt" because I am now innocent and have complained from day 1 they were not doing their jobs properly.
