However this should not mean that we put Titnore at the end of our list of priorities. There is now over a month for us to plan and prepare to keep the development off the precious land.

Council's letter

"In the circumstances I feel that a postponement of the Committee date would be appropriate to allow additional time for your Consultant to review the latest information and respond to the Council. I will also need time to analyse any response as part of my report to the Planning Committee. I will look at an alternative date in March to give sufficient time for responses to made. I have also received the Worthing Society's further letter of objection on Friday and this seeks to reinforce your Consultants concerns about the access strategy being pursued and that Parcels 5 and 6 should not be developed.
"I have today received the further response from Natural England (NE) and if there are concerns about the latest ecological surveys NE may also want to comment further as well as the applicants."
