Heathrow Airport - the 2nd day
[London] | 26.04.2010 19:01 | London
After the 6 day shut-down of Airports around the world following the eruption of Iceland's volcano, Britain's skies opened at last on Wednesday! Planes have started to take the sky again, and although we heard that some flights have been cancelled and many travelers are still stuck, that was not the case today Thursday 22.04.10 at 17:00.
At Heathrow airport, Terminal 3, everything was working carefully with the help of Police, Security and Airport staff, which were working hard in an effort to return everything to normal!
Heathrow airport is expecting thousands of passengers the next couple of days and apparently flight in and out of Britain will return on a regural basis for the first time in almost a week.
Good Luck!
