Allah cast the earth in the heavens as a perfectly balanced gyroscope that turns at a speed of exactly 360 + 4 + 4/3 rotations per orbital year. Mankind has disrupted this balanced orbit with excessive production of carbon dioxide and other activities.

These emergency maintenance instructions can be verified as authentic according to ancient codes, keys, and measurements, as denoted by the GREAT PYRAMID, the mark of the beast, 6XXX6, the yen/yang circle, the MAYAN CALANDER, and STONEHENGE.
Failure to heed this advice will likely result in the death of all humans on the planet earth. Humans on earth have no other logical choice at this time other than to take the following actions.

Carbon dioxide must be compressed with a machine that is located on the CHINA side of the largest pyramid available in Egypt.
Failure to begin this process immediately will likely cause the death of all life on the planet earth due to neglect by pilots on duty.
Failure to implement emergency measures worlwide will compel the SPACEMAN to assume control of the planet for the purpose of course correction although survival of the species known as humans may not be a logistical possibility due the long time frame associated with the procedure compounded by the perception of the human psyche of time, and the way they respond to it.

CHAPTER 1: ORBITAL THEORY OF OPERATION
As you may have noticed, the so called LEAP YEAR is an extended calender that considers very roughly, the length of one orbital cycle of the planet earth. This harmonic is a guidance feature for the planet that can be used for the purpose of maintaining the stability of the vessel.
In reality, the orbital period is maintained, and adjustable according to the following dynamics:
The earth is nearly spherical, and all such heavenly bodies have an effective mass that is 6/6 times the entire effective mass. The 6 units that make up the ratio 6/6 are exactly equal.
The planet rotates it's own mass one time per day with 6 equal parts. Those 6 parts can be multiplied by 1 to represent one rotation of the earth's effective mass. That mass equals 6/6, and the speed of the rotation equals 1 X 6/6, or 1 spin of the entire mass of the earth.
If the planet continued to rotate for 6 days it would reach the first natural harmonic of the base measurement. That number can be expressed exactly as 6 X 6/6. Any other number used that is greater than 6 is a logical error, or a rough estimation of the earth's mass.
That 6 day period represents an effective mass of 6/6, with a rotational momentum of exactly 6/6 X 6. That period is exactly 36/6 and it represents momentum. That rotational week also needs lateral force to put the planet in orbit.
Any number used in the next calculation that is greater than the number 6 is an error of logic no matter what. NASA will confirm these values and quantities.
The lateral force can be applied to the object, earth, in quantities of 6 because it is an ideal value that is a harmonic of the period already considered. 6/6 of the earth's mass X 6 units of lateral spinning force applied to the already spinning object.
The result of that force can be expressed and calculated as 6/6 (mass) X 6 (spins) X 6/6 (the same mass again) X 6/1 earth masses of lateral spinning force / orbital displacement = (1296/36) / orbital displacement of 1 earth/sun cycle, or one year. A day for Allah is not related to a planetary cycle.
6/6 X 6 X 6/6 X 6 / orbital distance = (1296 periods/36 periods) / 1 orbital unit of displacement = 36 spin periods of earth / 1 X the orbital displacement. The equivalent mechanics of spinning a ball while throwing it in that same direction. (forward spin)
We must keep the numbers pure here, and the digits 1-9, and 0, are only needed to create larger base 10 numbers like 216 and 360.
So the formula is:
6/6 X 6 X 6/6 X 6 / 1 orbital distance = 6/6 X 6 X 6/6 X 6 / 1 = 36 or, (6/6 X 6 X 6/6 X 6 / 1) X 10 = 360 rotations per orbit.
That factor of 10 only has to be included to use a base 10 number system. The base 10 system is handy for expressing large numbers that a human can understand.
Because the lateral force is added to the spinning force as a proportion of the momentum, one unit of the lateral force causes 36 additional rotations, and 6 units of the lateral force causes 216 rotations. That amount of momentum can be multiplied by 6 once again to show all of the momentum needed for one orbit. 6 units is not enough. So we use 6 more. The extra momentum translates into the speed of the orbit.
That creates the ratio (6/6 X 6) X (6/6 X 6) X (6/6 X 6) X (6/6 X 6) / 1 orbit of displacement = (1,679,616/1,296) / 1 = 1296 units of force displacing the earth with enough speed, rotation, and momentum, to maintain a well balanced orbit around the sun.
Each of those units of force is equal to the weight of the earth, but is distributed as spinning force divided by the lateral force.
It is almost exactly like shooting a basketball, except that you use forward spin.
CHAPTER 2: THE SOLAR DAYS
That orbit also includes one undetectable solar day because of the orbit itself. The day is undetectable, and is distributed across the entire year. That day opposes all of the other 360 days. That day does not oppose all of the extra cycles described below.
The effect of equilibrium between the earth's momentum, the sun's gravity, and the earth's gravity, cause another rotation cycle in every quadrant of the orbital path.
That cycle would be 1 X 360/216, which is the ratio of lateral momentum compared to the spinning momentum. That number is exactly 1 2/3. Not .66666666667. The number is exactly 1 + 222/333.
That totals up to 6 2/3 rotations. (4 quadrants X 1 2/3)
Those cycles get distributed across 4 quadrants. This slightly un- even distribution leaves a fractional cycle that is opposed by the solar day at a ratio of 1/1. So the effective leftover fraction of one cycle gets reduced from 2/3 to 1/3.
CHAPTER 3: TOTALING THE RESULTS
All of the combined action causes the year to play out as 360 days caused by momentum, minus 1 solar day, plus 6 days of freely spinning momentum caused by orbital equilibrium between the earth and the sun, plus 1/3 rotation caused by the 3rd order harmonic of the action.
That would be (360 days + 6 days - 1 day) + (2/3 day - 1/3 day) = 365 + 1/3 = 365 1/3 day.
The fractional cycle is difficult to measure because it gets opposed by the solar day, and divided by subsequent days. The distance traveled, displacement, is not effected very much by the number of days, and is mostly the result of lateral momentum.
CHAPTER 4: LONG TERM NAVIGATIONAL NEGLECT
The effect of burning carbon based material in the atmosphere reduces the weight density of the entire earth.
This reduction and re-distribution of weight that was under the atmosphere, acts to increase the rotational speed of the earth during harmonic cycles of every 9, 18, 27, and 216 days.
The action is similar to many persons moving closer to the center of a carousel while constant torque is applied. The speed would increase and the momentum would decrease. If the persons then move outward again, the faster speed will remain while momentum is added. This would cause the speed to increase again. The extra speed did not die out by itself because the applied force of torque was never reduced.
The earth has no applied force to keep it in orbit. It only has momentum and gyroscopic action. The reduction in weight density causes an increase in rotational speed that is opposed on non-harmonic day cycles by the sum of the gravity between the earth and sun.
Variations in the length of days is the result. This will cause more earthquakes, which adds to the same problem. The extraction of oil will also cause the same problem.
CHAPTER 5: THE SOLUTION
To counter the effects of burning we can compress carbon dioxide, or air, on the eastern side of an angled surface. Then by releasing the pressure near the top of the machine, we apply rotational force that opposes the rotation of the earth. This adds time to the length of one day.
By studying the variations in the length of days, we know when to apply the force. Those short days will probably appear in cycles of 3, 9, 27, and 216 days. The moon will also play a role in this solution.
You will know that the action is having the desired effect if the variations in the length of a day get smaller.
By equalizing the number of electric alternators in the western hemisphere, with the number of alternators in the eastern hemisphere, we may be able to prevent the machines from adding and subtracting from the effort.
Using less energy in general also improves the chances of success. As guidance begins to take effect, the solution should be moderated.
Timing and analyzing the action will require the use of clocks designed as specified by Ratticus. That clock has a face with 6 major marks divided into 6 minor marks that are divided into 6 smaller marks for a total of 216 marks.
The clocks can be used for speculating on when short duration days will occur, as well as measuring the variations, and measuring the result of the solutions.
