Hiding news articles not consistent with the views of Indy Editors is an absolute nonsense. You can cite breach of editorial guidelines (opinion not news) all you like but, expressed opinions consistent with your own narrow belief sets are left on the wire unhindered. Don't be hypocrites.

how predictable- liberal tossers crying their eyes out now that some people didn't agree to their lame A to B march that would have shown government exactly FUCK ALL. Look at the history of this country and what people managed to achieve and by what methods. Then re-think what you are saying if you still got enough brain left, otherwise just fuck off.

It's nothing to do with being a liberal tosser. I used to be an anarchist. I used to occupy, resist and cause a nuisance myself, probably whilst you were jumping about in nappies.
Then I became a father and wisened up to the realities of everyday people's hopes, expectations and desires and found them to be much more compatible, with my own outlook - on creating better communities and a fairer society.
No one said the march would achieve anything but, at least it would have been in the public information spectrum and up for discussion. Not any more though, because self glorification won the day again.
Someone disagrees with you and they have no brain. I think you should take a long look in the mirror wee man because from where I'm stood, you are talking like you really do have no brain.

Oh ffs shut up. This is no anon. I'm Col. I've been on multiple actions with various people on this site and have conversed with several of them over the years. I used to go to various RTS and anti fash do's and indulged in some smashy smashy myself over the years. What separates me from folk like you, is that I grew up and got smart. Been there and done it and what's more, it achieved then exactly what it is achieving now - FUCK ALL.
Read my original post and digest what the fuck I am talking about here before you spout any more shite.

I'm not saying a time will not present itself, where dismantling the apparatus of the state is a necessary function in achieving a long and lasting social change. What I am saying is that that time is not now. You can try to light the touch paper all you want but there is no gunpowder in the firework. Understand that and adapt your tactics accordingly.
Until your granny, your mother, your aunty and you brother are stood out there shoulder to shoulder with you, it's abundantly clear that there is no mandate from the people themselves, for violent direct action.
Without that mandate from people, you will always be acting alone and be completely ineffectual. Worse, you will turn genuinely good people against you. Is that what you want to be - the next BNP ??
You wanna change things, change your own fucking communities first, mobilise the people within them, empower them and build your support base.
Then one day, just maybe - you might actually stand a remote chance of bringing down the capitalist system.
Without the people - you are fucked.
