have been declined by City Police as they are deemed not in the public interest.

Sussex Police confirmed this is a civil matter, however Kroll persuaded Detective Chief Inspector Chandler otherwise and City Police authorised the use of Counter Terrorism Directorate.

When I complained to the IPPC about my treatment in custody, my experience with the Police just got worse. DS John Ellis & DC Colin Dawson took me through the station to a small room, I was not cautioned, I was declined a Lawyer as I was told it was an informal chat and the interview was not recorded.

I was subjected to abuse from DS Ellis who accused me of being involved with Class A Drugs and Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice, Ellis got very frustrated and angry at my denials and kept using the F...word.

IPPC Officer DS Craig Mullish who works at City of London Police told me that he had known DC Dawson for some time.

At first the officers did not deny my allegation that I had been brutalised or that they had taken me through to that room for an interview, they just could not remember.

All CCTV had been wiped and the officers had not made any notes in there note books, it was only because a brave officer informed me that the electronic doors in the Police Station would still hold the data ie who accessed the door and times/dates. I called DS Mullish and asked him to look at this area, which he did.

The data backed up my story, the officers all remembered taking through to that room, however they all lied and gave a completely different account.

It is clear that inspite of massive disproportionate resources, City Police have tried to create a narrative to the story which simply does not exist.
