Genocide is never far from the lips when speaking of Sudan and the government of Omar Bashir who is the subject of an arrest warrant for war crimes by the international criminal court (ICC). This is why the international community must do something now to stop Sudanese bombers from continuing to inflict their reign of terror in the Nuba Mountains region of South Kordofan where they are preventing aid from getting through to the bombarded groups.

Whilst Bashir pours scorn at the powerlessness of the international community and the ICC to get him witnesses in South Kordofan say that government planes have been circling over civilian areas and dropping bombs at will driving civilians into the mountains.
