DEATHS BY DRUG CONSUMPTION CONTINUE TO INCREASE.

Citizen Commission on Human Rights has turned into an international level in the Human Rights abuses vigilance committee in the mental health field.

With the date of Dec.18.2009, the official bulletin of the state of Spain published the order INT/3404/2009 in which the interior Ministry declared CCHR Spain (Citizen Commission on Human Rights) as public utility organization, After checking that it had the provided requisites in the article 32 of the Organic Law 1/2002 that regulates the association Right.

Citizen Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) is a nonprofit public utility organization, dedicated to the investigation and exposure of human Rights violations realized in the field of psychiatry. It also ensures that commited criminal acts in the psychiatry industry gets denounced to authorities and appropriate actions take place.

Citizen Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) Spain, has found more tan 130 psychiatric abuse, like A.M. in the región of Murcia that Little after 20 years old went to a psychiatric consultation, where she thought she ould get help, (due that hundreds of relatives have been abusing her) and the psychiatrist ended seducing her and having sexual relationships with her. Other case is an older woman but with full mental clarity, that did not wanted to sell heer property, and some near relativesconvinced the psychiatrist to proceed to involuntary internship of her, she have been told that if she doesn’t agree to sell her property she would not get out of the psychiatric facilities. Also is the case of a teacher that had problems with alcohol, that after getting upset “in an improperly way” while she tried to defend a dog that was being beaten, got interned in a psychiatric without her consent and ended receiving 12 electroshock sessions, it means more than 110 electricity volts from one hundred to one hundred, electrocuting the neurons and making irreversible brain damages for a lifetime.

Today, still giving electroshock sessions to pregnant woman in public health hospitals and CCHR has decided to investigate specifically these abuaes during the 2010 year.

There is pharmaceuticals that can cause irrational violence acts, suicide, sexual dysfunction, irreversible damages to nervous system, hallucinations, apathy, irritability, anxiety, psychosis and death. And given the psychiatric practice of drugging practically in an uncontrolled way , so many of our children in school age, also adults and our old-age ones, its no surprise that the population group with a higher rate of murderers internationally are today of our youths with understandable ages between 15 yrs and 19 yrs old.

Today, with the strenght of 135 offices in 34 countries, CCHR founed by the teachings of L. Ron. Hubbard, has been established as a powerfull group of Human Rights defense, and each year grants its awards for Human Rights to individuals that shows evidence of great courage in the world fight gto re-stablish basic Human Rights in the scope of mental health.
