Here I ‘am in HMP frankland segregation unit fourteen weeks till release I’m in a high control cell getting fed through a hatch and on a six officer unlock and yet the corrupt prison service preach. There trying to prepare me for release ‘what a joke corrupt scum’. But what compelled me to write was a person I know very well Kevan thakrar of assaulting several officers in frankland the violent staff or inmates the racism the abuse and the bulling by the staff here at frankland clearly it was all true. I didn’t doubt it anyway but I can say I’ve witnessed it first hand and experienced but what made me furious was I saw a letter just recently from the director of high security in the inside time stating frankland and its staff are not raciest and the supports them well either he’s too incompetent to see what’s going on in one of his prisons or he’s complicit in the racism and violent staff on prisoners. Here in HMP Frankland which I believe the letter of the two is true.
I am of Muslim faith and just recently (2.5.12) I was given non halah food and was told it was halah when I pointed this out and showed the menu officers refused to change it and said eat it. So I was left with no food clearly it was against my religion to eat this so I was left hungry. Then at my prayer time staff are making are making ooh oooh oohing noises down the landing. Clearly trying to disrupt Muslim prayer. I was disgusted to learn that the prison service are seeking a private prosecution and calling for a retrial these people should think there self-lucky that charges are being brought against them and civil actions pursued. The racism and the abuse by staff at Frankland needs to stop and an urgent review of the management here at HMP Frankland need to take place fight the racism take care.
