Below is the text of the covering statement sent to media, human rights groups, etc., in February 2013, following the complete inaction of police since Bristol and finally after the evidence shown was passed to them in 2012 (to harassment, stalking, surveillance, exploitative media, theft, fraud, assault, and (what appeared to have been) attempted murder), and the failure of all other channels or possibilities. This has proven an impossible situation that has taken home, all I have have, the security of public and private services transactions, leaves me blacklisted in McCarthyist fashion and at risk, is linked to ten or twenty years of hidden targeting of private citizens in the UK, a political background, child sex and sex scare, and a perpetual abuse of basic privacy and rights in Britain.

Since persistent online abuse in 2002-3 including evidence of criminal hacking, credit card abuse and child sex scare, occuring during Operation Ore and whilst I was living in Bristol, centering around the messaging system of a local magazine (now largely defunct) and its staff, seen in messages they were exploiting, and intercepting one publicized Ore arrest, I have been subject to a probably typical harassment and dirty tricks campaign. Whilst even convicted Ore suspects are reported to "rebuild their lives", after ten years I have been left with nothing, despite never being subject to notable arrest or investigation. The list of offences against me over a decade now includes vicious online abuse, and its attendant threats, and a host of flaming insults from race to child sex allegations actually repeated by one doctor in fabricated statements in court, attacks on home and a pet in Bristol, sabotage of benefits that lost me my home, the theft of personal goods in private storage in the city after I was forced out by incidents online and off, assaults and even one shooting incident involving multiple individuals and vehicles in Devon. Media, shown knowledgeable or involved in a slew of examples, from the magazine in Bristol and the co-owned local rag (The Bristol Evening Post) to an array of advertising agencies and workers at national papers and broadcasters by no means limited to tabloids, have been allowed to exploit the scandal, otherwise censored to date. Police and the NHS, named in original online abuse anyway, have been proven to be knowingly operating to maintain the program and suppress any possibility of justice for me, leaving me branded "insane" in the mould of early online abuse and emails as I am stalked by what emerged as a cultish pattern I have compared to Scientology Fair Game (for a mild depiction of the kind of rubbish I have to put up with daily see the BBC documentary Scientology and Me), pestered into provocation wherever I go, deprived of belongings and blacklisted in housing, scammed online, as recently as 2010 suffering the loss of a debit card by internet thieves protected by banking staff and for which I was paid miniscule compensation, and with an apparent and originally stated aim of killing me off reflected in my gradually worsening conditions and apparent attempts on my life. Credit fraud now being cited as affecting the notorious arrests of 2002 onward is described in original online material, material which also depended on a Trojan Horse or comparable spyware; further digging in past events turned up a handful of incidents from the 1990s similar to harassment methods appearing to concentration since 2002, and a few "interesting" sexual stalking incidents in childhood. It is suggested I am being targeted as a matter of both vendetta and required victimisation by a combined interest of criminals and child sex criminals, commercial interests and state, and after a decade of this and its shocking success it is reasonable to suggest its protection: a combination of advertising and PR, media employees, police, politicians and state sector are implied and comparatively politically and financially explicable, and all have been scandalized by both corruption and child sex incidents in recent years, and as recently as 2013. The radical political activities of parents, and my own period in foster care in 1988, add further colour, a prolific political motif and the involvement of Americans in some stalking is noted; documents on a variety of radical political subjects (including the above obituary) would have been among those available on compromised computer equipment in 2002 and appear referenced in messages, and provide further motive, the same also allude to copious personal information not even available on computers and thereby unsourced and rule out "remote" abuse or remote abuse alone (and despite the trash online abuse character). Relatives also have links to entertainments media, the BBC and politics. Stalking, in Italy, London and locations in England, has also included the visible exploitation of children in street incidents suggestive of child sex abuse by people with access to them, a bizarre motif in keeping with the intended perpetuative perception that has no founding in reality and every apparent relationship to political, personal and financial interests behind it, and possible indicative of (yet another) child sex grooming scandal in care, schooling or other groups. A relationship to escalatory incidents in Britain and abroad is also suggested, possibly in reaction to media, but is difficult to assess.
Limited documentation has been kept across the last ten years as I survive it, and with every decreasing resources and under ever worsening conditions, summary documents included here were prepared in Hampstead, London in late 2012 as I endured more attempts to disrupt such efforts, and were effectively wholly ignored by police to whom they were handed as I was once more insulted to provocation by nuts and baiting attempts in streets and local cafes. Media and pressure groups alleged to protect privacy and human rights in Britain remain silent and without integrity or adult sense, unwilling to challenge what is serious enough to have destroyed one life, mine, describe near-impossible corruption, has made money and is doing a good job of killing me. I am unlikely to survive at this rate and will certainly never live a "normal" life again.
This is the only attempt at a "polite" email contact, all I can do, with pertinent media and watchdogs, and to which I attach what I can where emailed(much has been scanned and photographed over the last ten years, but it cannot be emailed, actual chronologies are too large but an older version is available online at www.lv-voice.webs.com/chronology.htm). I lack both further investigative ability or power, advisory legal support or funds, low-level advice sought in 2005 proved fruitless, and all documentation has been prepared single-handedly and without support.
This is a final demand for exposure, of a grand crime, and justice, from watchdogs and media yet to show they are anything other than cosmetic in intentions and influenced primarily by sponsors, financiers, the politically powerful and whatever can be normalized for public consumption from the, however criminal and barbaric. Basic human rights are supposed to exist in Britain.
