LATE NIGHT VISITS TO HLS SUPPLIERS

January 31, 2008 - UK
CIRCUS VEHICLES PAINTED

received anonymously:

"Monday night (Jan 28, 2008) we paid another visit to 180 La Pata in San Clemente, CA. We redecorated with bright yellow paint and glued some locks. As Phenomenex continues to be a supplier we will continue to stop by. We used yellow paint just for you Farajollah. We figured that with all of this rain you might have been missing those gorgeous sunsets from that Palos Verdes estate that we are familiarizing ourselves with. See you there soon. (You won't see us.) Drop HLS just like all of the wise ones have.

Tuesday night (Jan 29, 2008) we paid another visit to 1014 Hillcrest, Inglewood CA. We redecorated with black paint and glued the locks. Hubnet, you are still working with HLS so we are still watching. We also hit the little blue Hubnet van out front with some paint. We didn't expect to see it out there otherwise it would have gone up in flames. Cut those HLS ties or you'll hear from us again. Count on it.

In solidarity with those who put on the black ski masks and acted on Phenomenex in the UK this week and for the animals suffering inside of Huntingdon Life Sciences,

ALF"

anonymous report:

"The ALF paid a visit to Circus Mondeo.

Their hand painted vehicles were all repainted with messages about their sick shows.

You make little money in shows and we will cost you more in damages.

Viva le ALF"

Direct action for animals in 2008 visited: Sweden, UK, USA, Netherlands, France, Mexico, Ireland, Austria, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Greece, Belgium, Australia, Russia, Brazil and first actions reported in Malaysia (lab raid) and Belarus (fur shops sabotaged).

Total reports sent to Bite Back Magazine in the month of January was 61, two of which included 33 actions from Sweden. So just to clear up - Sweden are doing more ALF actions than any other country these days, as the last few months have seen the bi-monthly reports totally over a douzen actions each on average.

The UK had 13 reports, one of which included 5 actions with another including two actions which makes a total of 17 actions. I'm don't know which other countries had quite a high number of actions this month, as quite a few have around half a douzen reports which total over a douzen actions per month.

The big victories this month include the animal lab-to-be stopped in Holland, another in Chile that closed and two fur shops in Stockholm, Sweden that have been shut down.
