The Real Reasons Why Iran is the Next Target

Cover of Upcoming book; 'Petrodollar Warfare' The Iranians are about to commit an offense far greater than Saddam Hussein's conversion to the euro for his oil exports back in the fall of 2000. In March 2005 Iran is going to start competing with New York's NYMEX and London's IPE with respect to international oil trades - using a euro-based international oil-trading mechanism. What does that mean? It means that without some sort of US intervention (likely covert, but possibly overt), the euro is going to establish a firm foothold in the international oil trade in 2005 - which given U.S. debt levels and the neoconservative desire for U.S. global domination - provides a rather problematic situation. Indeed, numerous articles have revealed Pentagon planning for operations against Iran in 2005. The publicly stated reasons will be over Iran's nuclear ambitions, but the unspoken macroeconomic issues explain the Real Reasons regarding the 2nd stage of petrodollar warfare - Iran's upcoming oil Bourse.

Blair's smoking gun - concrete evidence of lies to press and Parliament

On 18 September 2004, the Daily Telegraph published extracts from a series of newly leaked documents from the Cabinet Office. The full texts of these documents were not reproduced. Unlike the Hutton or Butler reports, the full text documents provide far stronger evidence not simply of falsehood by omission, but of substantively untrue statements made consciously to press and Parliament; and of the government's explicit intention to use (and arguably abuse) the UN/weapons inspection route to provide a legal pretext for pre-decided regime change, not as a route to peaceful disarmament.

Kings Lynn The Walks - Heritage Lottery Project

Critique of proposed bid for Heritage Lottery Funding to restore the Walks. The proposals envisage the removal of a total of 244 mature trees now with others to follow in 15 years. There is little sign, despite assurances from Heritage Lottery Fund that the proposals will take account of environmental/ecological/bio-diversity issues. The message once again is clear. Trees are the price of heritage lottery cash.

Doctrines And Visions: Who Is To Run The World, And How?

A major statement by Noam Chomsky regarding terrorism, the war in Iraq, the military situation worldwide, and the "democratic vision" of President Bush and Prime Minister Blair. Note that the discussion of the militarization of space has local relevance for Cambridge residents, as one of the major components in research and development of space-based weapons - the US-run airbase RAF Feltwell, is located very near to us.
