charges

five of the eight people arrested whilst swimmimg in the docks were in fact charged with "swimming in the dock without the harbourmasters permission".the other three were charged with breach of the peace, which was dropped as soon as the coppers came up to speed and realised there's no such crime on the water, only on land.
those charged are in court on friday morning. i cant remember where but will try and find out.
