silverlink withdraw from the service all their trains (and that include the line to the DSEI) - try to block DSEI and delagates won't be able to use public transport.

NOT TRUE - SILVERLINK METRO IS RUNNING

Not exactly true. Silverlink County services are affected, but Silverlink Metro is running. Anyway - they stopped services because of safety reasons for some or all of their county trains (the faster ones). Check  http://www.silverlink-trains.com/timetable/index7.html
