The Naked Truth Exposed This Thursday

“World Naked Bike Ride” (35 min, UK 2006) plus more naked films at Rampart’s Free Community Film Night, Thursday 13th. A special free preview screening of the documentary film of the London ride in 2005 (narrated by Jon Snow of C4 News).

This film tells the story of the largest naked protest in Britain’s history, and how it was organised by a 12 person planning collective. This screening will be followed with a short discussion with the film-maker Johnny Zapatos (High Altitude Films).

Also to be shown: two 6 minute films about London 2005 ride, and a film about naked protests - “Naked” (45 min, Canada 2006).

This is the only free London screening of the World Naked Bike Ride film. The next chance to watch the documentary is at it’s UK premier on Thursday 8th June 2006 at 7pm in the Barbican Centre, but it will cost you £5.50, so why not relax and enjoy the film free at Ramparts.

You can bring your own food and drink (though some snacks and refreshments will be available for donation). When is the next World Naked Bike Ride? 10 June 2006 - Saturday (10am Brighton ride, and 3pm London ride, and ? Manchester ride)
