Parliament Square Peace Campaigner, Mrs Barbara Tucker threatened again!

City of Westminster Magistrates' Court (CoWMC) continued it's long-term harassment of Parliament Square Peace Campaigner, Mrs Barbara Tucker, this morning trying to illegally enforce SOCPA fines knowing that the cases against her were under appeal.

Early this morning Mrs Barbara Tucker, long-term peace campaigner and mother, was given a rude wake up call by a Court Enforcement Officer who, on behalf of corrupt CoWMC staff and judges, insisted on payment of the fines or imprisonment. During the discourse, Mrs Tucker proved to the enforcement officer that they were under appeal - it then transpired that following Mrs Tuckers most recent appeal demanding a Declaration of Incompatibility with the Convention Rights against s132+ of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (SOCPA) (which High Court judges have been unlawfully evading since March 2006, including hearing a properly served Claim by Mrs Tucker without inviting her to her own hearing!) served on CoWMC on 11th March 2008 (CO/2460/2008), that the fine references HAD BEEN CHANGED to appear to be related to other matters!

There were no other matters outstanding, and the dates of the fines being issued showed these were those under appeal. A letter to Mrs Tucker from Mr Moosa Riasat of CoWMC was shown to the enforcement officer, it read "...fines are currently not enforceable while your appeal is taking place.". Under appeal, fines cannot be enforced, this topped with the fact that SOCPA is itself not enforceable makes it clear that when the law fails to aid the state in its victimisation, then they will ignore the law.

CoWMC staff and judges have constantly abused the legal processes to harass Mrs Tucker, this latest attempt has shown how absurdly corrupt they are prepared to be – ALTERING EVIDENCE to give effect to their criminal behaviour (then, cowardly, passing the buck to someone else to action their crimes).

SteveJ,

PS
Interestingly, this afternoon parliament will be debating ‘democracy’ and ‘human rights’!!?.
The police have been busy with ‘overkill’ in preparation for the Suffragettes 100th anniversary, also this afternoon.
