From the 8th – 11th September DSEi, the worlds largest arms fair, is being held at the eXcel centre in docklands. Delegations from around the world will converge in London to browse for equipment to carry on the oppression of civilians.
On Monday 7th September ITT Corporation, the owners of EDO MBM in Brighton, will be holding a conference to welcome the exhibitors and customers to DSEi. EDO MBM/ITT have been the subject of a relentless campaign of direct action in Brighton aimed at driving the company out of the town. ITT manufacture release mechanisms for the Israeli F16, used in the January massacre in Gaza, and components for the Reaper and Predator drones, used in assassinations by the US, Israel and the CIA.
