A word in heartfelt solidarity with the bereaved

Bereaved2012 | 15.01.2013 09:21 | Anti-militarism | Repression | London | World

Bereavement may not feature in political action but what about the losses that are caused by repression?
Don't the bereaved matter politically?

Bereavement may not feature in political action but what about the losses that are caused by repression?

Don't the bereaved matter politically?

Don’t the young ones
children
babies
mums
murdered as
collaterals [!]
don’t they matter?
don’t their near ones
their surviving
families weep
like other bereaved
families?
Or is the crime [!]
of being the targets
of the mighty
military machine
so real
that the babies killed
the children killed
are never mentioned
again?

How is it that
so many
military people
who get killed
in action
are given
parades
and other honours
but the babies
the infants
the children
murdered
are not even
mentioned
again?
when are
the babies
infants
going to
be spared?
